Abstract

A transportable compact mixing and filling system for bottles, containers or the like, in particular, for cleaning agents, which consist of a mixture containing a concentrate with water, comprises a mixing reservoir (2) and a filling reservoir (3), which is connected downstream therefrom via an electromagnetic valve and to which a customary filling machine (16). A concentrate reservoir (10) equipped with a pump (11) is assigned to the mixing reservoir (2) and, for a mixing process, supplies the mixing reservoir (2) with the amount of concentrate stipulated by the mixing ratio, according to the weighing result of a scale (9) for the concentrate or according to a flowmeter . These components, together with a controller (13), are placed on or above a base plate (1). The controller (13) activates an electromagnetic valve (7) in a water supply line and the pump (11) for the concentrate, and closes the electromagnetic valve (12) to the filling reservoir (3). After the mixing process, the magnetic valve (12) opens and leads the mixture to the filling reservoir (3). The magnetic valve (12) is closed again, and another mixing process ensues. This mixture is fed to the filling reservoir (3) via the now open electromagnetic valve (12).

Technisches UmfeldTechnical environment
The invention relates to a portable Heinrnisch- and filling system for bottles,
Containers or the like, in particular for cleaning agents, which contain a mixture of a concentrate with water, the system comprising a mixing container with an agitator, an exchangeable concentrate container and a filling machine.
This reduces the transport routes to the consumer, who is supplied more quickly and at lower costs. With the products in question, it should be borne in mind that they have a water content of 80% and more and the worldwide transportation of water should be avoided for cost and environmental reasons.
Small filling systems for bottles are known for example in the wine industry.
Private winegrowers fill the wine in bottles, with pipes from barrels or cisterns leading directly to filling machines. These are pumps with metering devices and filling spouts, to which a vial opening is usually manually introduced. This attachment of the vial opening to the vial opening triggers the correct filling (e.g. 0.751). Then they are closed with cork stoppers or with crown caps.
Offenbarung der ErfindungSystems for mixing and filling bottles with detergents are mostly stationary large-scale systems that are not designed for transport or for immediate local supply, for example in the small town area. Disclosure of the invention
The invention aims to prefabricate a complete small mixing and filling system ready for dispatch so that it only has to be set up and connected to electricity and water in order to be ready for operation immediately - also for continuous operation. This is achieved in that the mixing container is followed by a filling container for the prepared mixture as a buffer container and mixing and filling container as well as a balance or a flow meter for the concentrate, a pump, at least two solenoid valves and the filling machine together with a controller on a common base plate are arranged. With these components, a continuous filling operation can be maintained by assistants with the least effort. The control system supplies water and concentrate and activates the agitator. Then the solenoid valve to the filling container opens, which is directly connected to the commercial filling machine. All components are arranged on the base plate or in a frame that is firmly connected to the base plate. The base plate forms the base for packaging, for example as a small container. It is expedient if a magnetic valve is provided between the mixing container and the filling container, which is preferably arranged underneath, and can be shut off when the agitator is switched on. Whenever mixing takes place, the solenoid valve to the filling container remains closed. This valve is then opened, the volumes of both containers being filled and containing the mixture. When filling, both containers can thus be available in the function of filling containers.
[006] Vor dem Mischvorgang wird eine vorbestimmte Menge an Konzentrat in denBefore the mixing process, a predetermined amount of concentrate is in the
Mixing container introduced. For this purpose, it is expedient if the control has a measuring line to the balance and a control line to feed the pump, to drive the agitator and to the solenoid valve between the mixing tank and the filling tank, as well as to a solenoid valve in the fresh water inlet, and measuring lines to level sensors of the two tanks. The control system is designed so that in a first phase with the solenoid valve between the mixing and the filling container closed, the solenoid valve in the fresh water supply and the pump can be switched on and the pump if a signal of a weight or flow-related delivery quantity is present and the agitator after a wr- adjustable operating time and the solenoid valve in the fresh water supply can be switched off when the level sensor signals that the solenoid valve between the containers is opened in a second phase for filling the filling container and after closing the same in a third phase the process of the mixer can be switched again and when filling both containers with the mixture, this can be fed to the filling machine or to a container connector in a fourth phase. The system works fully automatically. Only the bottles have to be fed manually. For continuous operation, it is advisable to send a signal to the control and, from this, a switching command to close the solenoid valve between the containers and the control to switch the first and second phases when the filling level falls below the maximum filling level or the minimum filling level of the mixing container.
Kurze Beschreibung von ZeichnungenAs already mentioned, the entire system can be delivered ready assembled. It is advisable to have a protective hood over the system for transport and access protection is provided and this can optionally be positioned as a table under the base plate. This means that miniature systems for filling beverages in bottles or containers of the type described can be produced as table models and are particularly advantageous in terms of shipping technology. The system is designed so that it can also be operated by auxiliary staff. Brief description of drawings

The mixing container 2 is connected to the filling container 3 via a solenoid valve 12. They forward the weighing result from the scale 9 and the reaching or falling below the maximum filling of the two containers 2, 3 to the control 13, as detected by the level sensors 14, 15. From this control commands go via also dashed control lines to the solenoid valves 7 and 12, to the pump 11 for the concentrate feed and for the activation of the drive 4 of the agitator 5.

The switching commands executed by the controller 13 are as follows:
In a first phase, the solenoid valve 12 is closed and the solenoid valve 7 is opened for filling the mixing container 2 with water until the level sensor 14 signals. At the same time, the pump 11 is activated, which injects the concentrate from the container 10 into the mixing container 2 together with the water. The pump is switched off as soon as the desired amount of concentrate has been added according to the mixing ratio. Via the scale 9 or alternatively through a flow meter on the pump 11, this can be determined. If, after the specific weight of the concentrate, a quantity of water of 201 has to be supplied with about 1 kg of concentrate, the control switches off the pump 11 when the weight of the container 10 is 1 kg. The mixing takes place while the concentrate and water are being injected and additionally by the agitator 5, the drive 4 of which switches the control 13 on and off (for example time-controlled after 3 minutes). Once the mixture has been prepared and the solenoid valve 7 is closed and the pump 11 is switched off, the solenoid valve 12 is opened in a second phase. While stirring is continued or thereafter, the contents of the mixing container 2 escape into the filling container 3. 16 bottles can now be filled using the filling machine. At the same time, for the continuous operation of the system in a third phase, the mixing container 2 is refilled similarly to the first phase and a mixture is prepared there, after the completion of which the solenoid valve 12 is opened in a fourth phase. The contents of the mixing container 2 and the filling container 3 (if not yet used) are now available for filling. If the fill level sensor 15 in the filling container 3 signals that the fill level falls below the maximum, the solenoid valve 12 closes and the first phase begins again. Depending on the speed at which the filling machine 16 can be used, the mixing and filling containers 2 and 3 must be dimensioned so that there is no interruption or waiting time when filling the bottles. Usual container sizes hold 20, 30 or 501. A container connection piece 18 is available for filling larger containers with the mixture.
Ein direktes Gebindeanschlussstück 18 steht gemäß Fig. 2 mit dem Mischbehälter 2 in Verbindung.2, the mixing container 2 is also arranged on the base plate 1 above the filling container 3. Containers 2 and 3 are equipped with cleaning and inspection openings. The agitator 5, which is connected to the drive 4, is located in the container 2. The solenoid valve 7 and the filter 8 are located in the water inlet 6. The scale 9 is assigned to the mixing container 2 in FIG. The concentrate container 10, 10 'is here outside the portable system, so that the size and shape of the same are not limited. The pump 11 conveys the concentrate into the mixing container 2. The solenoid valve 12 lies in the (hose) connection between the mixing container 2 and the filling container 3. It is connected to the controller 13, to which the level sensors 14, 15 and 15 'are connected. are connected. A line taps the mixture from the filling container 3 and leads it to the commercially available filling machine 16 (with mouthpiece 17). A direct container connector 18 is connected to the mixing container 2 according to FIG. 2.
The controller 13 switches in the first
Phase the pump 11 so that concentrate flows into the empty mixing container 2 until the balance 9 has the weight of the mixture corresponding to the quantity for the mixture Concentrate reports to the controller 13, which switches off the pump 11 and opens the solenoid valve 7 until sensor 14 reports the maximum level. Then the controller 13 switches off the solenoid valve 7 and the drive 4 of the agitator 4 for a predeterminable time. Once the mixture has been produced, the control 13 opens the solenoid valve 12 in the second phase. The mixing container 2 is completely emptied into the filling container 3. The filling machine 16 can now be put into operation until a signal from the fill level sensor 15 'signals the emptying of the filling container 3. The filling machine 16 then switches off via the controller 13. For continuous operation, the level sensor 15 signals the emptying of the mixing container 2 after opening the solenoid valve 12. This solenoid valve 12 is then closed again in the third phase and the filling process with concentrate and water according to the first phase is repeated and after completion (i.e. completion the mixture in the mixing container 2), the solenoid valve 12 is opened again. The filling container 3, which has not yet been emptied, is thus refilled and a residual amount initially remains in the mixing container 2, which is available as an additional volume for the filling container 3, until after the level sensor 15 has fallen below the level, the magnetic valve 12 is closed again and a new mixture in the mixing container 2 is prepared. In this way, an uninterrupted, that is, continuous filling operation with the filling machine 16 is possible. Bottles from 0.25 to 1 or 21 are filled via the filling machine 16. The container connector 18 is available for containers from 21.
