Abstract

Provided is an oven for roasting meat or fish by employing a ceramic heater which comprises a main body and multiple of separate heaters each being mounted with a heating wire within a ceramic pocket having a constant thickness formed on ceiling of a roasting chamber inside the main body. The separate heaters are arranged in parallel by equal intervals and connected together to a control box. The control box has individual thermostats to supply power to each of the separate heaters. The present oven applies heat and infrared ray irradiated from the heaters to roast the meat or fish.

Description

MEAT ROASTING OVEN EQUIPPED WITH CERAMIC HEATER
[Technical Field]
The present invention relates to an oven for roasting meat and/or fish and, more particularly, an oven for roasting meat and/or fish by adapting a ceramic h eater on inner ceiling to radiate heat and infrared ray in an indirect way of radiat ing, instead of directly heating according to conventional ovens, wherein it includ es separate heaters mounted with electric heating wires and a control box for the heating wires to adjust the heat in order to prevent generation of smoke and/or odor or scorched smell caused by burning the meat and/or fish. [Background Art]
Generally, conventional oven such as gas oven or electric oven has a problem to generate smoke and/or odor or scorched smell by directly heating the meat and fish to melt out fat from the meat and fish and burn the fat, spices or flavor seasoning the meat and fish.
Accordingly, such oven is inconvenient and difficult to use in narrow and restricted spaces such as indoors to make users to hesitate use of the oven to roast the meat and fish.
[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention is for solving such problem mentioned above and provides an oven comprising separate heaters arranged and connected together in parallel, each having an electric heating wire in a ceramic pocket and a thermostat device to set up temperature for each of the heaters; and a control box connected to all of the thermostat devices to determine and adjust the temperature suitable for subjects to be heated, whereby the present oven can prevent generation of the smoke and the odor or scorched smell caused by overheating and burning the meat and fish. The present invention provides an oven for roasting meat and/or fish by applying strong heat and infrared ray irradiated from a ceramic heater. [Brief Description of the Drawings]
The above object, features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent to those skilled in the related art from the following detailed description for preferred embodiments taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawing,
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an oven according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a longitudinally sectional view illustrating inner structure of the oven according to the present invention. [Preferred Embodiments]
The present invention will be described in more detail be reference to the following embodiments which are presented for purpose of illustration and should not be construed to limit the scope of the invention thereto.
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view according to the present invention and Fig. 2 is a longitudinally sectional view of the oven according to the present invention.
Referring to Figures, it would be identified that a numeral symbol 1 means a main body of the oven.
The oven has an opening/closing door 2 equipped with a glass window made of transparent material to make it possible to look into inside of the oven, a ceramic pocket 4 formed on inner ceiling of a roasting chamber 3 in a constant thickness.
Separate heaters 6 are built in the ceramic pocket 4 and arranged in parallel at desirable intervals. All of the heaters 6 are connected to a control box 8 to optionally set up and adjust temperature required in order to evenly roast the meat and fish. The oven further includes a rotational shaft with a motor 9 to turn the shaft at a constant speed and a fixture pin 11 to support the meat and fish during the roasting process thereof.
The present oven is featured to adapt the control box 8 connected to individual thermostat devices 8 for adjusting temperature to independently heat the separate heaters 6 as required, respectively, whereby it can evenly roast the meat and fish without burning them. Such separate heaters 6 are not restricted on the ceiling portion of the roasting chamber 3 but may be further provided of side wall and/or rear side of the roasting chamber 3.
As described above, the present invention adapts the separate heaters 6 and the control box 8 connected to the individual thermostat devices corresponding to the separate heaters 6.
Accordingly, the present oven can evenly roast the meat and fish by supplying electric power to each of the ceramic pockets 4 under control of temperature by the control box 8, applying heat and infrared ray irradiated from the ceramic heaters and turning the rotational shaft 10.
Because of the infrared ray irradiated from the ceramic heaters and strongly penetrated into the meat and fish, the cooked subjects, that is, the meat and fish can be evenly roasted by inner and outer sides thereof and naturally generate vapors without burning the meat and fish in place of smoke and odor or scorched smell, thereby resulting in comfortable and convenient cooking process even in indoors. [Industrial Applicability]
The cooked meat and fish are entirely out of fat but give soft tissues and light taste by locking evaporation of water content thereof.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of this invention has been presented for purposes of illustration and description. Obvious modifications or variations are possible in light of the above teaching.
All such modifications and variations are within the scope of the present invention as determined by the appended claims when interpreted in accordance with the breadth to which they are fairly, legally, and equitably entitled
