Description

A SHOE, IN PARTICULAR FOR CHILDREN
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the technical field concerning footwear production, with particular reference to the shoes for children.
In the considered field, it is particularly important to provide a shoe, which features not only irremissible comfort and aesthetic value, but also deodorizing and hygienization action.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to propose a shoe, in particular for children, which is able to provide a deodorizing and hygienization action, which is durable, continuous and prolonged in time.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a shoe of high comfort standard in any use condition.
Moreover, the object of the present invention is to propose a shoe obtained by a simple and substantially cheap technical solution, which is particularly functional .
The above mentioned objects are obtained, in accordance with the contents of the independent claim, by a shoe, in particular for children, including a shoe upper connected to a sole with a tread, an insole for receiving the user's foot thereonto and provided with a plurality of through holes, which set in communication the sides below and above the insole, characterized in that it includes at least one hygienization strip situated between the sole and the insole and containing hygienizing and/or deodorizing substances which are spread out when the strip is activated so that they reach the user's foot.
Further preferred embodiments are defined in the dependent claims .
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to particular, non-limiting embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figures la, lb are schematic, respectively top and bottom perspective views, of the insole used in the shoe proposed by the present invention, when the hygienization action is inactive; - Figures 2, 3 are schematic, lateral section views of the proposed shoe in two particularly significant use conditions, namely a normal use condition and an active hygienization action condition;
- Figure 3a is a schematic, perspective, bottom view of the insole during the activation of the hygienization action;
- Figures 4a, 4b are schematic, respectively top and bottom perspective views of the insole during the active condition of the hygienization action; - Figure 5 is a schematic perspective, bottom view of another embodiment of the insole during the inactive condition of the hygienization action;
- Figure 6 is a schematic, lateral section view of the proposed shoe in a condition following the activation of the hygienization action; - Figure 7 is a schematic, lateral section view of the proposed shoe, according to a further embodiment.
BEST MODES OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION With reference to the above described figures, the general reference number 1 indicates the proposed shoe, in particular for children, which includes a shoe upper 2 connected to a sole 3, whose lower part has a tread 3a, and an insole 4 for receiving the user's foot resting thereon (Figure 2, 6) .
The insole 4, preferably auto-forming, that is capable of forming itself each time to match the user' s foot conformation, has a plurality of through holes 4a, which set in communication the areas below and above the insole 4.
The shoe 1, proposed by the present invention, includes also a hygienization strip 5, which contains hygienizing and/or deodorizing substances; for example it is impregnated with them. The hygienization strip 5 is set in adherence to the lower part of the insole 4 and is activated by removing of a protective film 6, which is situated on the lower surface of the strip 5 and can be advantageously peeled off. According to a preferred, but not unique embodiment, the hygienization strip 5 is impermeable on the side adherent to the insole 4, so as to prolong in time the diffusion action spreading the substances impregnating the strip 5 (Figure 4a) . Advantageously, the film 6 is removed before the shoe 1 is used for the first time, so as to facilitate the release of the hygienizing and/or deodorizing substances, which impregnate the strip 5 thus allowing them to spread out through the plurality of holes 4a made in the insole 4 until they reach the user's foot. The insole 4 is irremovably fastened to the sole 3 at its fore part 40, that is in the region of the area supporting the user's foot, thus leaving the rear portion 400 of the insole 4 partially raiseable with respect to the sole 3 (Figure 3) . For example, the peripheral area of the rear portion of the insole 4 is fastened to the sole 3 by gluing or stitching (Figure lb) .
The protective film 6 has a free end 6a, which protrudes freely from the rear part 400 of the insole 4, so as to be easily accessible to the user, in order to allow the latter to remove rapidly the film 6 and consequently to activate the hygienization strip 5 (Figure 2) .
Fastening means 7, activated by the removal of the protective film 6, are connected to the insole 4 for removable fastening of the rear portion 400 of the insole 4 to the sole 3, that is the area supporting the user's heel .
Preferably, the fastening means 7 are constituted by glue 70 applied to the lower portion of the insole 4, near the rear portion 400 thereof, peripherally thereto (Figure 5) .
According to an interesting embodiment, the strip 5, carried by the insole 4, can be situated in a relative seat 8 made in the sole 3, keeping the protective film 6 applied to the lower surface of the hygienization strip 5
(Figure 6) . According to an interesting variant of this embodiment (not shown) , instead of being carried by the insole 4, the strip 5 can be firmly supported inside the seat 8, which forms a kind of a storage recess for accumulating the hygienizing and/or deodorizing substances released by the strip 5.
Consequently, according to this variant, the protective film 6 would be applied to the upper portion of the hygienization strip 5. In this case, the insole 4 does not have to be impermeable in its side facing the hygienization strip 5.
What above can be also referred to a plurality of hygienization strips 5 connected to the insole 4, directly carried or situated in seats 8, facing the insole 4 and activated by removal of the corresponding protective films 6, all together or one by one, as required.
The operation of the group formed by the hygienization strip 5 and the peelable film 6, connected thereto, is very simple and intuitive.
Actually, before the shoe 1 is used, the rear portion 400 of the insole 4 is slightly raised by acting on the free end 6a of the film 6, and the film 6 is removed from the strip 5, and the rear portion 400 is released onto the sole 3.
The glue 70, activated by the removal of the peelable film 6, allows the free rear portion 400 to adhere firmly to the sole 3, since the fore portion 40 is already fastened thereto. In this way, the diffusion of the hygienizing substances, impregnating the strip 5, is facilitated, and therefore, they reach the plurality of through holes 4a made in the insole 4 and spread from the lower area to the upper area of the insole 4, until they reach the user's foot.
The diffusion action is intensified in case, in which the hygienization strip 5 is positioned, supported by the insole 4 or not, inside the seat 8, made in the sole 3 and forming a kind of storage recess.
The preferential use of an auto-forming insole allows the maximum comfort and a correct ' adapting thereof to the conformation of the user's foot, especially in case of children, thus adding a best hygienizing and deodorizing action of the shoe 1.
In case of more hygienization strips, the user can activate all of them contemporarily or one by one, before the shoe use.
According to another variant, the strip 5 includes micro- capsules, or micro-spheres, containing the above mentioned hygienizing and/or deodorizing substances, and it is situated in the seat 8, so that it is clamped between the insole and the base 8a of the seat 8 (Figure 7) .
In this case, no protective film is used.
The mechanical action performed by the user' s foot on the insole (direction K) causes (Figure 7) gradual breaking of the micro-capsules or micro-spheres; thus the hygienizing and/or deodorizing substances contained in the latter can perform their action through the holes 4a made in the insole.
The strip 5 can be fastened to the base 8a of the seat 8, or to the insole, or to both. The hygienization strip, for example connected to the fore portion of the insole, can be positioned in any area of the insole, for example, in its rear or central part.
The proposed shoe, in particular for children, according to the proposed embodiments, ensures continuous and lasting deodorizing and hygienizing action.
This is obtained ensuring high comfort and functionality standards in any condition of the shoe use.
