Abstract

Es wird ein Interferometersystem (41) insbesondere zur Verwendung für ein Koordinatenmessgerät vorgeschlagen, wobei das Interferometersystem in einem Beleuchtungsstrahlengang ein Paar von mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten Grenzflächen (52, 53) aufweist und eine einem Objekt (9) zuweisende Grenzfläche (53) des Grenzflächenpaares in einem Detektionsstrahlengang angeordnet ist, wobei in dem Detektionsstrahlengang ferner ein Detektor (61) angeordnet ist. Ferner wird ein Interferometersystem, insbesondere der vorangehend geschilderten Art, vorgeschlagen, welches ein Geschwindigkeitsmesssystem zur Erfassung einer Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen dem Messkopf und dem Objekt aufweist, wobei ein Frequenzfilter des Interferometersystems in Abhängigkeit von der Relativgeschwindigkeit eingestellt wird.
