Abstract

According to the invention, the signalling of information on the ability of mobile radio devices in a radio network (UTR) to at least one mobile radio device (MS3), in order to carry out settings and/or decisions based on said information for the receiving of at least one point to multipoint service, specifically for said service, broadcast by the radio network (FN), in said mobile radio device (MS3) is carried out, whereby said information (CI) on the mobile radio device's ability is firstly transmitted by said radio network (UTR) in at least one control signal (S5) to said mobile radio device (MS3), said control signal (S5) is evaluated by the mobile radio device (MS3) and the settings and/or decisions thus specifically carried out for the receiving of said services by the mobile radio device (MS3).
