Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine stabile Schaumcreme, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten und ein Treibgas, das dadurch erhältlich ist, dass die Schaumcreme einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, sowie ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung.

Description

Stabile Schaumcreme
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine stabile Schaumcreme, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten und ein Treibgas, dadurch erhältlich, dass nach Zugabe des Treibgases die Schaumcreme einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer stabilen Schaumcreme.
Das Prinzip zur Herstellung eines emulsoiden Zwei-Phasen-Systems mit lipophilen bzw. hydrophoben Anteilen einerseits sowie hydrophilen Komponenten andererseits zur Herstellung von Schaumpräparaten ist bekannt. Solche Schaumpräparate finden unter anderem als Hautcremes Verwendung. Der Schaum entsteht, in dem eine Grundzubereitung mit Treibgas aufgeschäumt wird. Durch Anwendung solcher Schaumpräparate auf der behandelten Haut entsteht ein zweidimensionales zweiphasiges Netzwerk, die hydrophilen Komponenten binden sich an das Keratin der Hornschicht und gestatten die Abdunstung des Schweißes, während die lipophilen Anteile an der Hautoberfläche das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit inhibieren. Solche Schaumcremes werden unter anderem beschrieben in den Offenlegungsschriften WO-A-99/08649 und WO-A-98/31339.
Jedoch sind solche Schäume als Aerosole komplizierte, physikalisch-chemische Gebilde, die nicht nach Beliebigkeit herstellbar sind. Die Stabilität solcher Gebilde hängt sehr stark von der besonderen Abstimmung der den Schaum bildenden Komponenten ab. Schon geringfügige Verschiebungen der Zusammensetzung können zum Kollabieren des Schaums führen. "Kollabieren" bedeutet, dass der Schaum unmittelbar nach seiner Ausbringung aus der Dose eine starke Bläschenbildung aufweist und in sich zusammensackt. Die positiven Eigenschaften des Schaums (insbesondere sein schnelles Einziehen nach dem Auftragen auf die Haut) werden dadurch konterkariert und von den Anwendern auch nicht akzeptiert. Daher kann eine Abmischung an sich wirksamer Substanzen nicht ohne weiteres als Schaum formuliert werden. Es zeigt sich
CONFIR ÄΠON COPY häufig, dass ein an sich stabiler Schaum bei Zusatz einer weiteren Komponente zum Kollabieren neigen kann. Den Herstellern solcher Schäume ist allgemein auch das Problem bekannt, dass bei der Herstellung von an sich erprobten stabilen Schäumen unerwartet eine Charge hergestellt wird, bei der der Schaum kollabiert. Dann muss die Charge neu hergestellt werden. Falls das Problem nicht beim Hersteller erkannt wird, führt es zu einer unbefriedigenden Verwendung beim Abnehmer. Kollabierte bzw. zusammengebrochene Schäume können üblicherweise vom Hersteller nicht mehr verwendet werden und müssen entsorgt werden.
Nach dem Stand der Technik wird diesem Problem begegnet, indem spezielle Herstellungsverfahren angewendet werden. So offenbart die WO 99/08649 eine Technik, bei der zwei getrennte Phasen I und II nach einem genauen Protokoll bereit gestellt, vorbehandelt und durchmischt werden. Das Verfahren umfasst zahlreiche Schritte, die vom Hersteller sorgfältig kontrolliert werden müssen.
Die GB-A-2 204 875 betrifft ein Realisationsverfahren von Mono-Karboxylsäuren. Dabei werden feinverteilte Partikel mit C10-C22 Carbonsäuren im wässrigen Medium mit einem Neutralisierungsreagenz, z. B. Ethanolamin in Kontakt gebracht bei einer Temperatur unterhalb des Schmelzpunktes der genannten Fettsäuren. Dabei entstehen pumpbare Flüssigseifenlösungen enthaltend 0,3 Gew.% bis 40 Gew.% an Seife. Daraus werden Rasierschäume durch Zumischung von C3 oder C4 Kohlenwasserstofftreibgasen hergestellt.
Die FR-A-2.217.405 betrifft die Herstellung von Schaumcremes als Öl-inWasser-Emulsionen.
Die WO-A-98/31339 betrifft Hautpflegemittel aus einem Zweiphasensystem, das in der Lage ist, eine semipermeable Membran auf der Haut zu erzeugen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Schäume bereitzustellen, die im wesentlichen nicht kollabieren und bei denen die oben beschriebenen Probleme nicht auftreten. Es sollen auch Verfahren bereitgestellt werden, um solche Schäume zu erzeugen und um kollabierte Schäume wieder verwendbar zu machen. Das der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Problem wird überraschenderweise gelöst durch eine Stabile Schaumcreme, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten und ein Treibgas, dadurch erhältlich, dass die Schaumcreme einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 5, insbesondere 10 Minuten durchgeführt wird, und/oder für 5 Minuten bis 2 Stunden bei 40 bis 75 °C durchgeführt wird. Insbesondere erfolgt die Wärmebehandlung nach Zugabe des Treibgases. Alternativ erfolgt die Wärmebehandlung, indem das Treibgas vor und/oder bei der Zugabe zu der Cremezubereitung erwärmt wird. Beide Methoden können erfindungsgemäß auch kombiniert werden.
Die Wärmebehandlung nach Zugabe des Treibgases ist in Abhängigkeit von Zeit und Temperatur vorzunehmen. Allgemein besteht ein reziproker Zusammenhang zwischen der Temperatur der Wärmebehandlung und der Durchführungsdauer. Wenn die Wärmebehandlung bei relativ hoher Temperatur durchgeführt wird, genügt eine relativ kurze Behandlungsdauer und umgekehrt. Die Wärmebehandlung sollte insbesondere mindestens für 10 Minuten, 30 min oder 1 h durchgeführt werden. Beispielsweise beträgt die Temperatur mindestens 30 °C, mindestens 40 °C oder mindestens 50 °C. 20 °C sollten nicht unbedingt unterschritten werden, um zu lange Zeiten zu vermeiden. Durchführbar sind Wärmebehandlungen bei 40 bis 70 °C, insbesondere 45 bis 65 °C für 5 min bis 2 h, bei 40 bis 60 °C für 10 min bis 5 h, oder bei 30 bis 50 °C für 20 min bis 20 h, insbesondere 1 h bis 15 h.
Eine industriell sinnvolle Wärmebehandlung kann zum Beispiel für eine Zeitdauer von 20 Minuten bei 50°C, 10 Stunden bei 40 °C oder 12 Stunden bei 38 °C erfolgen.
Natürlich sollte bei der Wärmebehandlung berücksichtigt werden, dass je nach verwendetem Treibgas eine Höchstgrenze für die Erwärmung gegeben ist, die aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht überschritten werden sollte. Bei Verwendung eines Gemischs aus Isobutan/Butan/Propan sollte die Wärmebehandlung dauerhaft (im Stundenbereich) bei nicht mehr als etwa 50 °C erfolgen. Die Wärmebehandlung erfolgt vorzugsweise durch Inkubation, zum Beispiel in einem Heizschrank, einer Wärmekammer oder einem Inkubationsraum. Die Wärmebehandlung erfolgt insbesondere nach Zugabe des Treibgases. Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß möglich, den gesamten Ansatz vor dem Verpacken und Konfektionieren der Wärmebehandlung zu unterziehen. Bei größeren Chargen kann die Wärmebehandlung von die Schaumcreme enthaltenden Dosen auf Paletten in Wärmekammern erfolgen. Temperaturen von 35 - 40 °C für eine Zeitdauer von 10 bis 14 Stunden können dabei eingehalten werden. Alternativ kann die Schaumcreme zunächst dosiert oder abgefüllt werden und im Anschluss der Wärmebehandlung ausgesetzt werden.
Eine weitere Möglichkeit zur Erzeugung einer stabilen Schaumcreme ist die Erwärmung des Treibgases vor oder während seiner Zugabe zu den hydrophilen und lipophilen Komponenten. Dies steht im Gegensatz zu bekannten Verfahren, bei denen das Treibgas unter Kühlung zugeleitet wird. Die Erwärmung des Treibgases erfolgt vorzugsweise bei 25 bis 60 °C, insbesondere 25 bis 50 °C oder 25 bis 40 °C. Es kann vorteilhaft sein, das Treibgas auf mindestens 30°C oder 40°C zu erwärmen.
Auch eine Dichtigkeitsprüfung der abgefüllten und mit Treibgas beaufschlagten Dosen kann als Wärme(teil)behandlung im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung eingesetzt werden. Dabei werden die Dosen durch ein auf 40 - 50 °C erwärmtes Wasserbad geleitet. Die entsprechenden Verweilzeiten im Wasserbad können auf die Inkubationszeit angerechnet werden.
Vorzugsweise ist die erfϊndungsgemäße stabile Schaumcreme ein Zwei- Phasen-rSystem. In bevorzugten Ausführungsformen bestehen die lipophilen Komponenten aus Fettsäuren und Dimethylpolysiloxanen, und die hydrophilen Komponenten aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Triethanolamin, Mono- propylenglykol, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Polyethylenglykol und Polyvinylpyrrolidon ausgewählt.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthält die erfindungsgemäße Schaumcreme Cχo bis C22 Fettsäuren, Emulgatoren und Co-Emulgatoren. In einer besonderen Ausführungsform enthält die erfindungsgemäße Schaumcreme
- 4 bis 15 Gew.-% Öl-in-Wasser Emulgator, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Fettsäure,
- 0,4 bis 2,3 Gew.-% Moisturiser,
- 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Hautpflegemittel sowie Wasser zum Ausgleich auf 100 Gew.-%.
Die erfindungsgemäße Schaumcreme kann zusätzlich 1 bis 3 Gew.-% Glyceryl Stearat,
3 bis 6 Gew.-% Cetearylalkohol,
4 bis 6 Gew.-% Stearinsäure,
- 0,5 bis 2 Gew.-% Paraffin,
- 0,4 bis 2,3 Gew.-% Triceteareth-4-phosphat, 1,5 bis 4 Gew.-% Propylenglykol,
1,3 bis 4,2 Gew.-% Glycerin,
1 bis 3 Gew.-% Cetyl-Sarcosinat,
0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Allantoin sowie
Wasser zum Ausgleich auf 100 % Gew.% enthalten.
Als weitere Bestandteile kann die stabile Schaumcreme zusätzlich hydratisierende (feuchtigkeitsbindende) Substanzen, wie Harnstoff, Ethoxydiglycol, Natriumchlorid, Magnesiumchlorid, Sorbit, Dexpanthenol, Natriumlactat enthalten.
Weitere bevorzugte Zusatzstoffe der stabilen Schaumcreme sind Clotrimazol, Eichenrindenextrakt, Salbei, Rosmarin, Arnika, Aloe Vera, Panthenol und Kampfer. Diese Zusatzstoffe destabilisieren Schaumcremes in besonderem Masse.
Die erfindungsgemäße stabile Schaumcreme hat nach Durchführung der Wärmebehandlung verbesserte Eigenschaften gegenüber nach dem Stand der Technik bekannten Schaumcremes. So tritt das beschriebene Phänomen der des Kollabieren oder Zusammenbruchs der Schäume im wesentlichen nicht mehr auf. Vielmehr sind die Schaumcremes über einen langen Zeitraum stabil und im wesentlichen resistent gegen äußere störende Einflüsse, wie Schütteln beim Transport oder Temperaturschwankungen. Die erfindungsgemäße Schaumcreme ist auch stabil, wenn sie Substanzen enthält, die nicht erfindungsgemäß behandelte Schaumcremes destabilisieren.
Es ist anzunehmen, dass die erfindungsgemäß behandelte Schaumcreme eine strukturelle Änderung erfährt, die für die verbesserten Eigenschaften verantwortlich ist.
Die erfindungsgemäße stabile Schaumcreme ist in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform eine kosmetische oder medizinische Schaumcreme, insbesondere eine Hautschaumcreme. Es können allgemein übliche Bestandteile und Zusatzstoffe solcher Hautcremes enthalten sein, wie sie zum Beispiel in der WO-A-98/31339 oder WO-A-99/08649 offenbart werden.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer stabilen Schaumcreme, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten und ein Treibgas, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass bei dem Verfahren eine Cremezubereitung, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten hergestellt wird, wonach Treibgas zugegeben wird, so dass eine Schaumcreme entsteht und die Schaumcreme einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird und/oder das Treibgas vor und/oder während der Zugabe zu der Cremezubereitung erwärmt wird. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform wird das Treibgas vor und/oder während der Zugabe zu der Cremezubereitung erwärmt. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens zur Herstellung einer stabilen Schaumcreme ist die Schaumcreme nach Zugabe des Treibgases und vor Durchführung der Wärmebehandlung kollabiert oder zum Teil kollabiert. Dies bedeutet, dass das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren es nicht nur möglich macht, Schaumcremes zu stabilisieren, sondern darüber hinaus Schaumcremes, die nach Zugabe des Treibgases bereits zusammengebrochen sind, und üblicherweise vom Hersteller nicht mehr verwendet werden können, durch Durchführung einer Wärmebehandlung wiederherzustellen.
Ausfϋhrunqsbeispiele:
Beispiel 1 : Herstellung einer Schaumcreme
Die Schaumcreme wird in einer heiz- und kühlbaren geschlossenen Apparatur mit einem selbstaustragenden Homogenisator und einem heizbaren Dosiertrichter hergestellt. Die Herstellung der Phase I erfolgt in einem beheizbaren Dosiertrichter durch Aufschmelzen einer Mischung enthaltend 2 Gew.-% Glycerylstearat, 4 Gew.-% Cetearylalkohol, 5 Gew.-% Stearinsäure, 1 Gew.-% Paraffin, 0,5 Gew.-% Triceteareth-4-Phosphat, 5 Gew.-% Decyl Oleate, 5 Gew.-% Octyldodecanol und 0,2 Gew.-% Dimethicone bei 75°C. Es erfolgt eine dosierte Zugabe dieser Phase unter Rühren zu einer in der heiz- und kühlbaren geschlossenen Apparatur mit einem selbstaustragenden Homogenisator vorgelegten Phase II. Diese Phase besteht aus einer wäßrigen Mischung enthaltend 5,5 Gew.-% Urea, 2,5 Gew.-% Propylene Glycol, 2,5 Gew.-% Glycerin, 2 Gew.-% Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate sowie 63 Gew.-% Wasser. Eine homogene Vermischung der beiden Phasen I und II ist einzustellen.
Die dosierte Zugabe der Phase I erfolgt bei einer Temperatur von 75°C. Beide Phasen werden unter ständiger mittlerer Rührgeschwindigkeit zusammengeführt, wobei auf eine gleichmäßige Homogenisierungstätigkeit geachtet werden muss. Die Temperatur wird zwischen 20 und 30 min. bei 75°C gehalten. Danach werden 0,1 Gew.-% Allantoin und 1,1 Gew.-% Triethanolamine (zur Einstellung des pH-Wertes auf einen Wert zwischen 7,8 und 8,0) zugegeben. Die erhaltene Mischung wird unter ständigem Rühren auf eine Temperatur zwischen 30 und 40°C abgekühlt.
Nach Erreichen einer Temperatur von 40°C werden 0,5 Gew.-% Aloe Vera und 0,1 Gew.-% Panthenol zugesetzt. Der Zusatz dieser Komponenten destabilisiert Schaumcremes in hohem Masse und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme.
Es wird für eine hinreichend lange Zeit bis zur Stabilisierung des pH-Wertes gerührt und danach die Abfüllung in geeignete Lagerbehälter bzw. in die entsprechenden Sprühbehälter mit 9% Isobutan/Butan/Propan abgefüllt.
Beispiel 2:
Nach Abfüllung der Schaumcreme aus Beispiel 1 wird eine Wärmebehandlung durchgeführt, indem die befüllten Behälter in einen Lagerraum mit 38 °C für 12 Stunden gelagert werden.
Beispiel 3:
Die Herstellung einer Sehaumcreme erfolgt nach dem Verfahren gemäß Beispiel 1. Das Propan/Butan-Gemisch kann vor Zugabe auf 25°C erwärmt werden.
Beispiel 4:
Die Herstellung einer Schaumcreme erfolgt nach dem in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Verfahren. Nach Abfüllung der Schaumcreme werden die befüllten Behälter in einem Heizschrank mit 50°C Innentemperatur für 20 Minuten erhitzt.
Beispiel 5:
Die Herstellung einer Schaumcreme erfolgt nach dem in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Verfahren, wobei das zuzuführende Propan/Butan-Gemisch auf 25°C erwärmt werden kann und die befüllten Behälter nach Abfüllung der Schaumcreme für 12 Stunden in einem Lagerraum mit 38°C gelagert werden. Beispiel 6:
Es wird eine Schaumcreme gemäß Beispiel 1 hergestellt mit dem Unterschied, dass statt Aloe Vera und Panthenol der Mischung Clotrimazol zugesetzt wird und weiter, wie für Beispiel 1 beschrieben, verfahren wird. Der Zusatz dieser Komponente destabilisiert Schaumcremes in hohem Masse und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme. Ein Teil der Schaumcreme wird einer Wärmebehandlung nach Beispiel 2 unterzogen, ein anderer Teil einer Wärmebehandlung nach Beispiel 4.
Beispiel 7:
Es wird wie für Beispiel 6 beschrieben verfahren mit dem Unterschied, dass der Schaumcreme statt Clotrimazol Eichenrindenextrakt zugesetzt wird. Der Zusatz dieser Komponente kann Schaumcremes destabilisieren und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme
Beispiel 8:
Es wird wie für Beispiel 6 beschrieben verfahren mit dem Unterschied, dass der schaumcreme statt Clotrimazol Salbei zugesetzt wird. Der Zusatz dieser Komponente destabilisiert Schaumcremes in hohem Masse und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme.
Beispiel 9:
Es wird wie für Beispiel 6 beschrieben verfahren mit dem Unterschied, dass der Schaumcreme statt Clotrimazol Rosmarin zugesetzt wird. Der Zusatz dieser Komponente destabilisiert Schaumcremes in hohem Masse und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme.
Beispiel 10:
Es wird wie für Beispiel 6 beschrieben verfahren mit dem Unterschied, dass der Schaumcreme statt Clotrimazol Arnika zugesetzt wird. Der Zusatz dieser Komponente destabilisiert Schaumcremes in hohem Masse und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme. Beispiel 11:
Es wird wie für in Beispiel 6 beschrieben verfahren, mit dem Unterschied, dass der Schaumcreme statt Clotrimazol Kampfer zugesetzt wird. Der Zusatz dieser Komponente destabilisiert Schaumcremes in hohem Masse und führt üblicherweise zum Kollabieren der Schaumcreme.
Ergebnisse:
Die Schaumcremes gemäß den Beispielen 2 bis 11, die einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wurden, sind stabil. Ein Kollabieren der Cremes wird nicht beobachtet. Dagegen neigen die Schaumcremes gemäß Beispiel 1 ohne Wärmehandlung zum Kollabieren.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer stabilen Schaumcreme, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten und ein Treibgas, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Verfahren eine Cremezubereitung, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten hergestellt wird,
- wonach Treibgas zugegeben wird, so dass eine Schaumcreme entsteht und die Schaumcreme einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird
- und/oder das Treibgas vor und/oder während der Zugabe zu der Cremezubereitung erwärmt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung bei einer Temperatur von mindestens 20 °C durchgeführt wird.
3. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 5 Minuten durchgeführt wird.
4. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme als Zwei-Phasen-System vorliegt.
5. Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lipophilen Komponenten ausgewählt sind aus Fettsäuren und Dimethylpolysiloxanen, und dass die hydrophilen Komponenten ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Triethanolamin, Monopropylenglykol, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Polyethylenglykol und Polyvinylpyrrolidon.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme Cι0 bis C22 Fettsäuren, Emulgatoren und Co- Emulgatoren enthält.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme
- 4 bis 15 Gew.-% Öl-in-Wasser Emulgator,
- 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Fettsäure,
- 0,4 bis 2,3 Gew.-% Moisturiser,
- 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Hautpflegemittel sowie
- Wasser zum Ausgleich auf 100 Gew.-% enthält.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme
- 1 bis 3 Gew.-% Glyceryl Stearat,
- 3 bis 6 Gew.-% Cetearylalkohol,
- 4 bis 6 Gew.-% Stearinsäure,
- 0,5 bis 2 Gew.-% Paraffin,
- 0,4 bis 2,3 Gew.-% Triceteareth-4-phosphat,
- 1,5 bis 4 Gew.-% Propylenglykol,
- 1,3 bis 4,2 Gew.-% Glycerin,
1 bis 3 Gew.-% Cetyl-Sarcosinat,
- 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Allantoin sowie
- Wasser zum Ausgleich auf 100 % Gew.% enthält.
9. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme zusätzlich hydratisierende (feuchtigkeitsbindende) Substanzen, wie Harnstoff, Ethoxydiglycol, Natriumchlorid, Magnesiumchlorid, Sorbit, Dexpanthenol, Natriumlactat und/oder Zusatzstoffe wie Clotrimazol, Eichenrindenextrakt, Salbei, Rosmarin, Arnika, Aloe Vera, Panthenol und/oder Kampfer enthält.
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass . die Schaumcreme nach Zugabe des Treibgases und vor Durchführung der Wärmebehandlung kollabiert oder zum Teil kollabiert ist.
11. Stabile Schaumcreme, erhältlich durch ein Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
12. Stabile Schaumcreme gemäß Anspruch 11, enthaltend lipophile und hydrophile Komponenten und ein Treibgas, dadurch erhältlich, dass die Schaumcreme einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung über einen Zeitraum von mindestens 5 Minuten durchgeführt wird und/oder für 5 Minuten bis 20 Stunden bei 30 bis 75 °C durchgeführt wird.
13. Stabile Schaumcreme nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wärmebehandlung nach Zugabe des Treibgases erfolgt.
14. Stabile Schaumcreme nach Anspruch 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme als Zwei-Phasen-System vorliegt.
15. Stabile Schaumcreme nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die lipophilen Komponenten ausgewählt sind aus Fettsäuren und Dimethylpolysiloxanen, und dass die hydrophilen Komponenten ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Triethanolamin, Monopropylenglykol, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Polyethylenglykol und Polyvinylpyrrolidon.
16. Stabile Schaumcreme nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme Cι0 bis C22 Fettsäuren, Emulgatoren und Co-Emulgatoren enthält.
17. Stabile Schaumcreme nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme - 4 bis 15 Gew.-% Öl-in-Wasser Emulgator, 1 bis 10 Gew.-% Fettsäure,
- 0,4 bis 2,3 Gew.-% Moisturiser,
- 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Hautpflegemittel sowie
- Wasser zum Ausgleich auf 100 Gew.-% enthält.
18. Stabile Schaumcreme nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme
- 1 bis 3 Gew.-% Glyceryl Stearat,
- 3 bis 6 Gew.-% Cetearylalkohol,
- 4 bis 6 Gew.-% Stearinsäure,
- 0,5 bis 2 Gew.-% Paraffin,
0,4 bis 2,3 Gew.-% Triceteareth-4-phosphat, 1,5 bis 4 Gew.-% Propylenglykol,
- 1,3 bis 4,2 Gew.-% Glycerin,
1 bis 3 Gew.-% Cetyl-Sarcosinat, 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-% Allantoin sowie
- Wasser zum Ausgleich auf 100 % Gew.% enthält.
19. Stabile Schaumcreme nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaumcreme zusätzlich hydratisierende (feuchtigkeitsbindende) Substanzen, wie Harnstoff, Ethoxydiglycol, Natriumchlorid, Magnesiumchlorid, Sorbit, Dexpanthenol, Natriumlactat und/oder Zusatzstoffe wie Clotrimazol, Eichenrindenextrakt, Salbei, Rosmarin, Arnika, Aloe Vera, Panthenol und/oder Kampfer enthält.
