Abstract

La présente invention industrielle concerne un revêtement réfractaire pour cuillères de l'industrie de l'acier inoxydable conférant une résistance au choc thermique et aux réactions physico-chimiques au moyen d'une composition chimique comprenant la combinaison d'un pourcentage en poids supérieur ou égal à un pourcentage en poids de magnésite (MgCO3) compris entre 64 et 70 %, un pourcentage en poids d'alumine (Al2O3) compris entre 12 et 18 %, et entre 7 et 11 % de graphite. L'invention concerne également un pourcentage en poids d'additifs d'amélioration du choc thermique et de la résistance thermique et de l'oxydation (dans une composition conjointe d'aluminium en poudre, silicium métallique, carbure de silicium et argile) compris entre 7 et 9 %. L'invention constitue un liant utilisé sur ces pourcentages totaux de résine phénoliques dont le pourcentage en poids est compris entre 3 et 4 %.
