Abstract

Vorrichtungen und Verfahren zum Erzeugen von verschlüsselten Daten, zum Wiedergeben von verschlüsselten Daten und zum Umsignieren von ursprünglich signierten verschlüsselten Daten basieren darauf, daß die verschlüsselten Daten neben den verschlüsselten Medieninformationen die nötigen Informationen zum Entschlüsseln der Daten und zusätzlich eine Signatur dessen, der die verschlüsselten Daten erzeugt hat, umfassen. Damit ist die Herkunft der verschlüsselten Daten nachvollziehbar. Insbesondere ist eine Weitergabe der verschlüsselten Daten in begrenztem Rahmen durch den Erzeuger der verschlüsselten Daten zum Beispiel an Freunde oder Bekannte erlaubt, während lediglich eine massenhafte Vervielfältigung der verschlüsselten Daten als Raubkopieren angesehen wird. Der Raubkopierer ist jedoch anhand der Signatur nachvollziehbar, wobei die Signatur optional durch eine eingebettete Wasserzeichen-Signatur gesichert wird. Nachdem es sich bei dem Konzept um ein Konzept handelt, bei dem bei legaler Verwendung lediglich verschlüsselte Daten auftreten, ist die unerlaubte Entfernung der Entschlüsselung ein Straftatbestand. Das erfindungsgemäße Konzept erlaubt die Ermittlung des Täters undberücksichtigt gleichzeitig Besitzstände der Benutzer im Hinblick auf eine begrenzte Weitergabe von Medieninformationen und hat daher das Potential, vom Markt akzeptiert zu werden.
