Abstract

Pack for medicines or other products in capsules or pills characterised in that it consists of a box of a material and manufacturing process which defines that one of the interior faces, which constitutes the box, or two of them house the capsules or pills in similar form to blisters and the interior faces are possibly printed with the directions for use and contraindications or other information of interest to the user and the external ones are printed with information on the manufacturer, trade mark, etc.

Claims

AMENDED CLAIMS[Received by the International Bureau on 10 September 2003 (10.09.03): Original claims 1- 5 replaced by amended claims 1-4]CLAIMS
1.- Pack for medicines or other products in pills or capsules that consists of a box of a material and manufacturing process which defines that one of the interior faces, which constitutes the box, or two of them house the pills or capsules in similar form to blisters, characterised to include a closing system that involves:
a) Having a prolongation, in two partial sections by way of a folding line, in one of the larger borders of one of the faces so as the second section is supported by the other f c . b) one lateral fixing element, providing stability in respect to relative movements between part of the box and giving protection to the cavities enclosing the pills or capsules to exterior pressure to the faces, avoiding the collapse of the pack and it consists that each one of the internal angles of one of the larger faces is provided with projections or extrusions with a triangle rectangle section, in which the rect angle coincides with the respective vertex of the face and the hypotenuse of the aforementioned extrusion is concave and conjugated closely to the cavity situated in that angle of the cavity layered face.
2. - Pack according to claim 1 characterised in that the box has printed on its interior faces the directions for use and pertinent contraindications .
3. - Pack according to claims 1 and 2 characterised in that the material appropriate for thermofor ing which houses the capsules or pills can be provided with
8 protection against light coming from the exterior/ according to the requirement of the products to be held.
4. - Procedure for the production of packs according to the previous claims characterised in that it consists of:
- Formation, in the appropriate foreseen area, of the cavities for housing the capsules or pills by means of thermαforming or other equivalent procedures .
- Location of the pills in the respective cavities.
- Cementing by means of a sheet on the aforementioned material enclosing the pills.
- Peripheral cutting by means of a sharp instrument .
- Formation of the box starting from the previous step by means of an appropriate machine and closure thereof .
