Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et dispositifs pour introduire des informations et notamment des procédés pour introduire des informations alphanumériques. Le procédé d'entrée de caractères consiste notamment à effleurer ou à appuyer des zones déterminées d'une surface sensible à l'effleurement ou à la pression, le mouvement d'effleurement se faisant sur ladite surface entre un point de contact initial, le caractère introduit étant déterminé par les coordonnées du point d'effleurement initial et la trajectoire de ce mouvement. Le dispositif d'entrée comprend une surface sensible à l'effleurement ou à la pression, un module électronique pour déterminer les coordonnées du point d'effleurement ou de pression, un module électronique supplémentaire pour analyser la trajectoire du mouvement d'effleurement servant à l'interprétation de cette trajectoire et des coordonnées du point d'effleurement initial de la surface sensible à l'effleurement ou à la pression sous la forme d'un code numérique du caractère introduit. Diverses zones de la surface sensible à l'effleurement ou la pression permettent le déplacement dans une direction perpendiculaire à cette surface.
