Abstract

The present invention features a golf cart advertising device (38) and method for advertising on the floor space. Specifically, the present invention features a flooring material (14) fittable over the floor space of a golf cart having the golf cart advertising device (38) located thereon to provide targeted point advertising. The advertising device allows different advertisements to be interchanged as desired.
