Abstract

DNA-Sensoren aus Elektrodenanordnungen mit Interdigitalstrukturen sind bekannt. Gemäss der Anmeldung hat die Interdigitalstruktur(2, 3) zusätzliche Reaktionsflächen (5) speziell zur Anlagerung von Thiolen (100). Zur Herstellung eines solchen DNA-Sensors werden auf die Elektrodenflächen zunächst ein weiteres unedleres Metall, beispielsweise Kupfer abgeschieden und eine thiolhaltige Lösung auf die Sensoranordnung gebracht. Die Thiole werden auf den freien Flächen angelagert und anschliessend werden das Metall und die daran angelagerten Thiole durch verdünnte Schwefelsäure beseitigt. Beim Betrieb eines solchen Sensors werden an die von den Thiolen bedeckten Flächen sog. Marker (300) angebracht.
