Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beurteilung des Zustandes von Organismen und Naturprodukten, bei dem eine oder mehrere Substanzen in einer gasförmigen Mischung bestimmt werden, wobei die Bestimmung mittels eines Massenspektrometers erfolgt, bei dem auf die Probe der gasförmigen Mischung ein Ionenstrahl im Hochvakuum so einwirkt, dass die Probenmoleküle mit Hilde der inneren Energie der Ionen des Ionenstrahls ionisiert werden, und die bei der Bestimmung erhaltenen Werte zur Beurteilung des Zustandes ausgewertet werden.
