Abstract

Es wird ein neuartiges Energiekonzept beschrieben, das als künstlicher Silicium-Stickstoff-Zyklus das Komplement zum natürlichen Kohlenstoff-Sauerstoff-Zyklus darstellt. Aus Sand wird mit Hilfe von Solarstrom zunächst reines Silicium erzeugt. Durch wiederholte abgeänderte Müller-Rochow-Synthese mit Silylchloriden werden aus diesem Silicium unter Verwendung von Silylchloriden, die entweder Silikonchemieabfälle sind oder preiswert aus Mono- oder Disilan hergestellt werden, höhere Silane produziert. Diese werden mit Siliciumpulver vermischt und dann unter Energieerzeugung mit Luft zu H2O und Siliciumnitrid Si3N4 verbrannt. Das Siliciumnitrid wird basisch unter Bildung von Silicaten in Ammoniak NH3 überführt. Anschliessend wird das NH3 zum Teil in Folgeprodukte umgewandelt, zum Grossteil aber mit Luft unter weiterer Energieerzeugung zu H2O und N2 verbrannt. Hierdurch wird der N2-Kreislauf geschlossen.
