Abstract

The machine has leveling means (10) in the form of a laser emitter-receivers assembly (101-102) to generate an electrical signal that passes through a microprocessor (11) and that is used to regulate the level of spreading plates (6, 7) relative to the ground using electric-mechanical means (9), said plates serving to spread thick and fine layers of concrete. The machine also has means for vibrating the concrete material in the form of a manual hydraulically actuated strip (8), said means cooperating with the above-mentioned spreading plates (6, 7) and being disposed in front of the plates in the working direction of the machine. Moreover, the second spreading plate (7) is provided with extensions (13) that can be laterally extended by manual hydraulic actuation while the thick layer spreading plate (6) includes perpendicular end projections (61) serving to laterally limit the spreading of concrete.

Description

DESCRIPTION

MACHINE FOR EXPANDED AND vibrated concrete.

The present invention refers to a self-propelled machine for expanded or cast and vibrated concrete surfaces to form a floor level despite irregularities or unevenness of the surface of cast. The machine has a leveling means in the form of emitter-receivers laser assembly to generate an electrical signal through a microprocessor is used to regulate, with means electro-hydraulic level with respect to the floor plates of spread of concrete mass and further having means vibrators concrete mass strip-shaped manual hydraulic drive acting in cooperation of said plates extended and which are arranged in front of them in the direction of movement of work machine.

What is known to the applicants, there are currently several models of machines of this type, but are of great mechanical complication and therefore very high price.

Purpose of the invention is the development of a machine of the type indicated initially which is relatively simple and therefore of relatively low cost and that is also safe and easy handling for the operator.

According to the invention this object is achieved by means of a machine which essentially comprises: - a frame of self-propelled machine (1) with wheels (2) with at least one guideline couple and drive elements for moving forward and reverse behind;

- a bridge machine (3) with an upright (4) seating flange (40) and a fixed side struts (5);

- a first plate extended thickness (6) occupying at least the track width of the frame (1) and which is movable vertically guided by means of bars (41) through the seating flange (40) jamb (4); and having extremal projections (61) shaped plate perpendicularly detached front and back laterally to limit the spread of the concrete mass;

- a second thin plate extended (7) located behind the first plate extended (6) and fixed thereto;

- an even arranged behind the second plate extended (7) and integral with it vibrating strip (8);

- a electro-hydraulic means (9) fixed on the bridge machine (3) to move vertically between working positions the first and second plates extended (6, 7) and the vibrating strip (8) secured to them ;

- means level (10) constituted by two fixedly arranged laser receivers (101) detachably mounted respectively on the lateral struts fixed (5) bridge machine (3), cooperating a laser emitter (102) field and used to generate an electric signal level; control means (11) as microprocessor from the signal generated by level means (10) produces a control signal of the electro-hydraulic means (9) for setting, in each position, one vertical distance from the floor of extended plates (6, 7) and vibratory strip (8);

- driving means (12) for driving a vibratory movement to the vibrating strip (8) and the extended thick plate (6);

- lateral extensions (13) mounted on the plate of pure extended (7) that can be deployed or retracted with respect to it through hydraulic means (14).

According to the invention, means electromagnetic hydraulic (9) to move vertically to each working position the plates extended (6, 7) and vibratory strip (8) are constituted by pairs of solenoid valves (91, 92) and hydraulic cylinders (93) inserted in a first hydraulic circuit (15) with a hydraulic pump (151), an oil reservoir (152) and an oil cooler (153).

Furthermore, according to the invention, the drive means (12) for producing vibrational motion the vibrating strip (8) and the plate extended thickness (6) are constituted by an engine oil (121) and a vibratory assembly (122) with a first pulley (123) by a belt (124) is attached to a pair of decompensating or idler pulleys (125, 126) to the vibrating strip (8) and plate extended thickness (6) respectively and whose engine oil (121) is powered by a second hydraulic circuit (16) with a feed pump (161), a second oil reservoir

(162) and a second oil cooler (163) and valves (164, 165) manually operated.

According to a further feature of the invention, the hydraulic means (14) for lateral extension of extremal extensions (13) of the second plate extended (7) are constituted by a pair of hydraulic cylinders (141), each with respective manually operated valves (142, 143) which are connected to the second and third paths of five valve (165) of the second hydraulic circuit (16).

Other features and advantages of the invention will become more clearly from the following description made with the help of the accompanying drawings relating to a non-limiting execution and in which:

Referring to the figures, it is seen that the machine of the invention is constituted essentially by a frame of self-propelled machine 1 with running wheels 2 with at least one guideline couple to go on the ground in the forward and reverse , for example, feed rates of 10 m / min and reverse or extended 3 m / min by driving means not shown and reducers.

In the machine frame 1, a machine bridge 3 having a horizontal strut 4 provided with guide flanges 41 and lateral struts fixed 5 extending vertically is provided.

A first plate extended 6, which serves for an extended thickness of the concrete mass, with a lateral dimension at least equal to the track width of the frame 1 is detachably provided vertically on the bridge machine 3 and connected a second plate extended 7 for fine extended, arranged behind it (in the direction of movement of work). To provide a level adjustment or slope of plates extended 6 and 7 and therefore of the vibrating strip 8 are provided means of level 10 with respective laser receivers 101 detachably mounted on the respective struts 5 of bridge machine 3 , for example by mounting knobs 51 and cooperating with a laser emitter 102 disposed fixedly on the ground and whose light beam is received by the receivers 101 when they are focused with it. Claims

What is claimed
1. - Machine expanded and vibrated concrete, characterized in that essentially comprises:
a frame of self-propelled machine (1) with wheels (2), with at least one guideline couple and drive elements for moving forward and reverse;
- a bridge machine (3) with an upright (4) seating flange (40) and a fixed side struts (5);
- a first plate extended thickness (6) occupying at least the track width of the frame (1) and which is movable vertically guided by means of bars (41) through the seating flange (40) jamb (4); and having extremal projections (61), plate-shaped, arising in front and behind perpendicularly to limit the lateral spread of the concrete mass;
- a second thin plate extended (7) located behind the first plate extended (6) and fixed thereto;
- an even arranged behind the second plate extended (7) and integral with it vibrating strip (8);
- a electro-hydraulic means (9) fixed on the bridge machine (3) to move vertically between working positions the first and second plates extended (6, 7) and the vibrating strip (8) secured to them ; - means level (10) formed by two laser receivers (101) detachably mounted respectively on fixedly arranged side stanchions fixed (5) cooperating with a laser emitter (102) on the ground and which serve to generate an electrical signal of level ;
control means (11) as microprocessor from the signal generated by level means (10) produces a control signal of the electro-hydraulic means (9) for setting, in each position, a vertical distance from the floor of extended plates (6, 7) and of the vibrating strip (8);
- driving means (12) for driving a vibratory movement to the vibrating strip (8) and the extended thick plate (6);
- lateral extensions (13) mounted on the second plate extended (7) that can be deployed or retracted with respect to it through hydraulic means (14) manually operated.

Machine according to claim, characterized in that the electro-hydraulic means (9) to vertically move to each work position extended plates (6, 7) and vibratory strip (8) are constituted by pairs of electro- valves (91, 92) and hydraulic cylinders (93) inserted in a first hydraulic circuit (15) a hydraulic pump (151), an oil reservoir (152) and an oil cooler (153).
