Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un four de fusion à gazéification de déchets (1), comprenant un corps de four à gazéification (2) du type four à cuve, qui sert à introduire les déchets (A) dans l'ordre depuis le haut jusque dans le four (1), pour réaliser le craquage thermique des déchets après séchage par des gaz chauds, ainsi qu'un four à chambre de fusion (3) relié solidaire à l'ouverture terminale inférieure (2b) du corps de four à gazéification (2), de façon à laisser entrer le laitier des déchets (A) ayant subi l'opération de craquage thermique. Ce four comporte en outre un brûleur de chauffage et de fusion disposé en direction de la surface inclinée du laitier ayant subi l'opération de craquage thermique. Dans ce four, une sortie (6) pour le bain de fusion formée du laitier et du métal en fusion est prévue dans le four à chambre de fusion (3) et un conduit d'amenée de gaz (8), servant à acheminer dans le corps de four à gazéification (2) les gaz chauds produits dans le four à chambre de fusion (3), lorsque le laitier ayant subi l'opération de craquage thermique est chauffé et fondu, est relié au four à chambre de fusion (3) associé à un conduit de tête (9).
