Description

"Ventil für flüssige Medien" "Valve for liquid media"
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ventil für flüssige Medien umfassend ein Ventilgehäuse mit Zulaufstutzen, Ablaufstutzen, einem zwischen diesen angeordneten Stutzen zur Aufnahme eines Ventileinsatzes, mittels dessen die Durchflussmenge durch das Ventil bestimmbar ist sowie mit einem vierten Stutzen geeignet zur Aufnahme einesThe present invention relates to a valve for liquid media comprising a valve housing with an inlet connection, an outlet connection, a connection arranged between them for receiving a valve insert, by means of which the flow rate through the valve can be determined, and with a fourth connection suitable for receiving a

In this previously known valve there are two further supports in addition to the inlet connector and the outlet connector, one of which receives a valve insert, the valve body of which cooperates with a valve seat in order to determine the flow rate through the valve. Another fourth housing connection piece of the valve is provided to accommodate a presetting device, the throttle cross section of which virtually lies opposite the valve seat. As a further function, the flow rate through the valve can be measured, for which purpose two measuring channels are available, the first of which in the flow pattern behind the valve seat and the second measuring channel in the flow pattern between the control cross section of the valve and the throttle cross section of the
Presetting device is arranged. The two measuring channels are arranged radially with respect to the axis of the third and fourth housing connecting piece, which are located coaxially opposite one another, and the measuring channels are designed as bores in the housing wall. This configuration of the valve requires that the flow rate measurement be carried out via a differential pressure measurement on the valve housing Measuring spigot takes place, into which the aforementioned measuring channels open.
The object of the present invention is to provide a valve for liquid media of the type mentioned, which is suitable for a measurement either by the differential pressure method or by the bypass method by means of a so-called measuring adapter, which can be placed on one of the housing sockets of the valve housing, wherein at the same time, there is still the possibility of using the existing housing sockets for further valve functions.
The solution to this problem is provided by a valve for liquid media of the type mentioned at the outset, with the characterizing features of the main claim. According to the invention it is provided that the device for presetting the flow rate is received by the same connecting piece of the valve housing, which also receives the valve insert and elements for the actuation of a closure body, by means of which the flow rate through the valve can be determined.
Aufgrund dieser erfindungsgemäßen Lösung wird quasi einer der Gehäusestutzen doppelt genutzt, nämlich zum einen für die Bestimmung der Durchflussmenge, das heißt die eigentliche Ventilfunktion und zum anderen außerdem für dieOn the basis of this solution according to the invention, one of the housing connections is used almost twice, namely on the one hand for determining the flow rate, that is to say the actual valve function, and on the other hand for
Presetting the flow rate. As a result, a further housing connector, namely the fourth connector, is available for further functions of the valve, that is to say for the measuring function or, if appropriate, for emptying or filling the valve.
Wenn hier von einemAccording to a development of the invention, it is provided that a component is used for the presetting, which is received coaxially by a valve insert, which in turn is received by the connector. If here from one
Valve insert is spoken, then it is a part that is preferably firmly screwed into the housing connection piece, but in principle one could also design the housing that the valve insert is integrally formed on the housing socket. However, the first-mentioned alternative is preferred because it is a valve housing with housing connecting pieces which have standardized diameters and can therefore also be used for other purposes in conjunction with other additional parts. The reduction in the number of different housing types naturally leads to rationalization in production.

The aforementioned valve insert accommodates, for example, a spindle for actuating a closure body, which sits on a valve seat in the valve housing when the valve is closed. The flow rate through the valve can then be determined via the spindle, the spindle being axially adjustable, for example by a drive, for example by an electric motor. The maximum opening position of the spindle is then limited via the aforementioned presetting. For the presetting, a stroke limiting element is preferably provided which interacts with the aforementioned spindle and thereby limits the stroke of the spindle. According to a development of the invention, this is preferably accomplished by means of a component which is firmly connected to the spindle. This can be a rivet or the like, for example, which concentrically surrounds the spindle. The stroke limiting element can have, for example, a transverse wall or a similar stop. If the spindle is then moved out to open the closure body, the component connected to the spindle strikes the transverse wall or the stop of the stroke limiting element. The respective presetting is preferably selected in that the stroke limiting element is screwed more or less far into the valve insert, thereby limiting the stroke of the spindle in the opening direction. This means that the further the stroke limiting element is screwed in, the smaller the maximum flow rate through the valve and then the maximum possible opening position of the spindle.

Ventilkegel verbundenen Schaft. Valve plug connected stem. Both measuring channels are preferably sealed off from one another by sealing rings or the like. During the measurement, either the flow through the two measuring channels can be measured using the bypass principle or the pressure applied to the measuring device can be measured using the differential pressure principle.
The valve according to the invention is preferably emptied via an emptying part, which can also be screwed into the thread of the valve insert of the fourth housing connector. This valve insert does not necessarily have to be a separate part, which is screwed firmly into the fourth housing connector, but can also be molded directly onto the housing connector.
The valve is then preferably emptied via an emptying channel which is formed between the valve insert and the emptying part. By unscrewing the emptying part, this emptying channel is opened to the outside and the valve can be emptied.
The features mentioned in the subclaims relate to preferred developments of the task solution according to the invention. Further advantages of the invention result from the following detailed description.
Dabei zeigtThe present invention is described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. It shows
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Ventil;1 shows a longitudinal section through a valve according to the invention.
Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through an inventive valve with attached measuring adapter.
Weiterhin umfasst das Gehäuse 100 zwei weitere Stutzen 103,In principle, the valve comprises a housing 100 with a first connecting piece 101 shown on the left in the drawing and a second connecting piece 102 on the opposite side in the drawing shown on the right. Furthermore, the housing 100 comprises two further connecting pieces 103,
Die beiden Anschlussstutzen 101 und 102 stehen mit ihrer104 each suitable for corresponding uses as will be explained in more detail below. The nozzle 103 is the upper nozzle seen in the drawing, which is opposite the lower nozzle 104 in the drawing in axial extension. The two connecting pieces 101 and 102 are with their
Schließen des Ventils kann durch Betätigung der SpindelAxis perpendicular to the two connecting pieces 103, 104 for the inserts. The upper connecting piece 103 preferably receives a valve insert 108, a spindle 105 being provided which is connected to a closure body 107. The valve can be opened or closed by actuating the spindle
105 und damit des Verschlusskörpers 107 erfolgen, wobei dieser in der Zeichnung in der geschlossenen Position dargestellt ist, in der er an dem Ventilsitz 109, der im Gehäuse 100 gebildet ist, anliegt.105 and thus the closure body 107, which is shown in the drawing in the closed position in which it bears on the valve seat 109 which is formed in the housing 100.
The valve insert 108 in the socket 103 also enables a presetting. The movement of the spindle 105 to open or close the valve can take place via a drive, which is not shown here. To adjust the flow, the stroke of the spindle can be limited by adjusting the stroke limiter 119. Depending on how far the stroke limiter 119 is screwed in via the thread 120, the maximum Open position of the spindle 105 and thus the closure body 107 of the valve fixed.
Der dem Ventileinsatz 108 gegenüberliegende Stutzen 104 des Gehäuses 100 dient vorzugsweise der Aufnahme einesThe connecting piece 104 of the housing 100 opposite the valve insert 108 preferably serves to accommodate one
Messeinsatzes. For this purpose, valve insert 112 is initially provided, which can be screwed into socket 104. This valve insert 112 has an internal thread 121 into which a threaded bush 116 with an external thread can be screwed. This threaded bushing 116 has one on the underside for adjustment
Hexagon socket 117 and can thereby be moved more or less far in the axial direction in the nozzle 104. The threaded bush 116 is firmly connected to the valve cone 111. In the drawing in FIG. 1, the innermost position of the threaded bush 116 and the valve cone 111 is shown in the left half of the illustration, in which the latter sits on the valve seat 110 and the valve is thereby shut off. In the right half of the illustration, on the other hand, a position is shown in which the valve cone 111 is open, and it can be seen from a comparison of the two illustrations that the threaded bushing 116 moves with the valve cone 111. In contrast, the valve insert 112 is fixedly connected to the socket 104 of the housing 100, so that the position of the valve cone 111 and the threaded bush 116 relative to the valve insert 112 changes during the aforementioned adjustment.
Dadurch ergibt sich ein Entleerkanal 122, der in der Zeichnung in der linken Hälfte dargestellt Cϋ tO ro F1 o Cπ o cπ CπFurthermore, an emptying part 118 is provided, after the loosening of which the system can be filled or emptied, and for this purpose the emptying part 118 is first loosened and then an emptying adapter, which is not shown in the drawing, can be fitted by screwing on. To screw on this emptying adapter, the screwed-on cap 113 is loosened and removed and the emptying adapter is positioned instead of this cap 113. Then the emptying part 118 can be loosened further by means of a spindle (not shown) in this emptying adapter. This results in an emptying channel 122, which is shown in the drawing in the left half Cϋ tO ro F 1 o Cπ o cπ Cπ
