Abstract

The invention provides methods and means for identifying crystallisation conditions for biomolecules such as proteinaceous substances and nucleic acids. The invention further provides methods for crystallising such molecules under optimal conditions, as well as compositions comprising crystals produced by these methods with improved properties for pharmaceutical use, for structure identification and for further methods for producing crystals.
