Description

DESCRIPTION
THE TITLE OF THE INVENTION Telephone instrument
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a desk type telephone instrument which is usable at home, and particularly to a telephone instrument makes possible to talk with the phone putting the receiving part of a handset which is connecting in the original telephone device on the ear.
BACKGROUND ART
Generally, a telephone instrument is made of an original telephone device .10) and a handset(20). There are several function buttons(ll ) and a hook switch - 12) over this original telephone device.10).
The part placing the above mentioned hook switch is composed of a installation part(13) in concave shape can make install a handset(20). And, the handset(20) is made of a receiver(21) and a transmitter . 2) having microphone, and connect to the connector.14) of an original telephone device by using the jack(24) of a code .23) which is linked in the end of a handset, so can be connected with input-output interface circuit in an original telephone device.10) With such old telephone instrument, when making and answering a phone, must speak over the telephone holding the handset .20) in one hand, so can operate a function button , 11) with only the other hand. And, in such old telephone instrument, the hook switch .12) is switch on at the same time picking up the handset .20) and the hook switch(12) is switch off and stand-by status at the same time putting back the handset .20) to the installation part , 13). Such as, with an old telephone instrument, can use only one hand while talking with the phone as the other hand is holding a big hand set .20). Thus, it is very inconvenient to operate a typewriter and a computer keyboard, and to handle the documents, furthermore, can feel some aches in hand and arm while long time talking.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
It is an primary object of the present invention to link an earphone type handset to the above mentioned original telephone device instead of a big handset which is generally used in a desk type telephone device, and together it is another object of the present invention to provide a telephone instrument having the push button can make a hook switch on and off.
The present invention, is made of the original telephone device .100) of a general desk type telephone instrument, of the earphone type handset(200) connecting with the original telephone device .100) and of the push button (300) which is installed in the upper side of the above original telephone device(lOO) to make a hook switch, is over the above original telephone device (100), on or off.
The foregoing and other objects, features and advantage of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawing in which:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Fig 1 is a schematic perspective view showing the structure of a desk type telephone instrument; Fig 2 is a schematic perspective view showing the structure of a telephone instrument of the present invention!
Fig 3 and 4 is a partially broken view describing the installation or the operation status of a push button shown in Fig 2;
Fig 5 is a partially broken view showing the another installation method of a push button in Fig 4.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Fig 2 is a schematic perspective view showing the structure of a telephone instrument according to the present invention, and Fig 3 or 4 is a partially broken view to describe the installation and the operation status of a push button shown in Fig 2.
Shown as in Fig 2, an original telephone device(lOO) is used in the general desk type telephone instrument, so there are all kinds of function buttons(llθ) and one hook switch(120) over the original telephone device.
And an earphone type handset(200) has a jack(240) at the one end of a code(230), in order to connect to the connector (140) of the original telephone device(lOO) and at the other end of a code, there are a transmission part(220) and a receiving part(210).
The above mentioned transmission part(220) and receiving part(210) are light and very small size, and because a rubber tube(250), bent like circle, is attached to them, so when putting the above mentioned receiving part on the ear, the transmission part can come nearer to the mouth. Also, just like the general one, the earphone type handset(200) has a microphone inside of the transmission part(220) and a receiver inside of the receiving part(210), and these microphone and receiver are electrically connected by using the code(230).(not show in Fig)
According to the present invention, a push button(300) is installed at the installation part (130) in the original telephone device( lOO) in order to locate at the upper side of the hook switch (120), its a partially broken shape is approximately H shape, is composed of a case part(310) fixed in the installation part, a switching rising(321 ) which is extended to down direction can make operate the hook switch (120), a button part(320) rising into the middle of the upper side of a case and a plunger(330), whose lower part is fixed at the lower side of inside of the above mentioned case part(310), whose upper part is fixed at the upper side of inside of the above mentioned button part(320)
The plunger(330) is a push switch, can assemble using one switch, but as shown, if assemble that may be located at the opposite side of each switching rising(321 ) as to support the button part(320) with balance concerning a case part(310), so can operate a push button(300) more safely.
When set up the push button(300) having like these structure, as shown in Fig 4, attache both side of upper part of the case part(310) to the installation part(130) in the original telephone device(lOO) using a duplex adhesive tape or a bond., to be touched the switching rising(321) with the upper part of the hook switch.
The push button(300) can be set up like this adhesive method and it can be fixed stronger to build a flange part(302) at the lower part of a case part(310) and then screw up a flange part(302) to the installation part (130) in the original telephone device(lOO) by using screw(303).
The present invention having a structure like above mentioned may be used in which the jack(240) of the earphone type handset (200) is connecting with the connector (140). And, whenever press the button part(320) of the push button(300), it repeats up and down by a plunger, and the switching rising (321) makes a hook switch(12) on and off.
Therefore, while putting the receiving part(210) of the earphone type handset (200) on the ear, if makes or answers a phone, can talk with the phone after pressing the push button(300) as shown in Fig 3 to make the hook switch(120) off, and when would like to hang up the phone, press the push button (300) once more as shown in Fig 4 to make the hook switch(120) off.
As like, the present invention can be simply switch over between on busy status and standing-by status of a telephone instrument by pressing a push button(300) so as to operate the hook switch (120). Additionally, as shown in Fig 2, the present invention is applicable only to the original telephone device in a general desk type telephone instrument, but it can be also applicable to various type of a telephone instrument, like push-button telephone, etc.
As mentioned above, the present invention connects an earphone type handset, instead of a big handset in the general telephone instrument, with the original telephone device, on the other hands, it is a telephone instrument that having a push button which can makes a hook switch on and off, so can handle the documents, operate typewriter and computer keyboard with all two hands during talking with the phone, especially can feel more comfortable without any pain in hand and arm even though long conversation.
