Los terminales remotos (1), están constituidos a partir de un circuito de telefonía y módem (2) , dotados de los adecuados elementos de entrada y salida de datos (2' ) , que presenta asociado un display (3) , conectado a un monitor o similar (3' ) , alimentados desde una fuente de alimentación (8), y el conjunto siendo operado por un circuito de control (5), gobernado por un microprocesador convencional (6) dotado de la adecuada memoria (7), contando asimismo con un circuito de selección (4) capaz de activar el circuito de telefonía y módem (2) o el display (3) según sea la naturaleza de los datos que se reciben o emiten desde la terminal remota (1), estando unidos mediante una línea de transmisión de datos convencional con una unidad central constituida por un sistema informático convencional, presentando la unidad remota (1) en su cara anterior o principal un micrófono (31), un altavoz (32) , una pantalla o visor (33) , así como teclas o pulsadores (34), (35) y (36), estando la central de control conectada al microprocesador o PC (6) una terminal de comunicaciones (22) , estando implementado el PC o microprocesador (6) con la pertinente memoria, pudiendo incorporarse sobre un cajero automático o terminal de diversa índole, en la que existe un altavoz de audición, microrreceptor de voz, display de al menos cinco líneas de 20 caracteres cada una, pulsador de llamada, piloto testigo con luz roja y verde, así como de sensores en las ranuras de introducción de la tarjeta o libreta, caracterizado porque sobre el cajero automático o terminal de diversa índole, se incorpora una placa telefónica con micro-chip provisto de número y ubicación del cajero o similar, permaneciendo en posición de reposo el piloto en color rojo, con independencia de la actuación sobre el pulsador, cambiando de color el piloto testigo a partir de la introducción en la ranura de la tarjeta, libreta o elemento identificador, teniendo un tiempo máximo de conversación bidireccional determinado y pudiendo ser variado, estando capacitado el display para contener varios textos variables individualmente desde el puesto de atención telefónica, el cual está dotado de medios informáticos capacitados para reconocer al cajero o terminal que realiza la llamada, incorporando automáticamente en la pantalla del operador la ubicación del cajero o terminal que efectúa la llamada.1.- Bidirectional cable communication device, of those constituted from remote terminals (1) and a central unit, connected by cable of the type used in conventional telephone communications or by optical fiber.
