- the present invention is related to an apparatus for supplying some carbondioxide gas into a bottle containing drinking water, in soda machines used to obtain carbonated soda water from normal drinking water and for proper engagement of the said bottle in the said machine.
- German Patent No. DE 691 02 842 T2 a nozzle for supplying gas into a water- filled bottle is projected out and the said bottle is screwed at a particular slope by one hand such that one end of the said nozzle remains therein.
- the said nozzle is inclined together with the bottle by an angle of 30° during the supply of the gas, and meanwhile, the excessive pressure within the bottle is removed. Then, the filled bottle is taken out by unscrewing it in the reverse direction. Due to the weight the said bottle, It is difficult to keep the bottle with a slope, to screw and unscrew it by one hand.
- Another system related to soda machines is provided such that a filled bottle is screwed around a fixed nozzle both by bending the said bottle upwardly and moving it upwards, and the bottle is unscrewed in the above-mentioned manner. Removal of the gas pressure is carried out by means of a button. Also in this system, it is very difficult to screw, detach, move upward/downward and bend it by one hand when the weight of the bottle is taken into consideration,
- one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a soda machine comprising an assembly such that an appropriate positioning for a bottle, into which carbondioxide gas is supplied by the help of a nozzle, is achieved.
- Another object of the invention is to provide a soda machine comprising an assembly that allows the said nozzle to enter movably and properly into the said bottle.
- Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a soda machine comprising an assembly for removing the excessive pressure which may occur inside the bottle.
- a soda machine where the said soda machine comprising the following parts: a tube wherein carbondioxide is stored, a gas supply (valve) mechanism for allowing the said gas to exit, a gas discharge (nozzle) assembly wherein the exit gas is transferred by means of pipes and a connection assembly for a water bottle.

- the said bottle can be kept properly and the engagement/disengagement of the bottle can be performed only by screwing/unscrewing the latter by an angle of 25 to 30°, by means of a nozzle arm, the said nozzle arm being constructed such that it can be moved upwardly/downwardly. Therefore, proper holding and also engagement and disengagement of the bottle is carried out easily by a rotational movement.
- the gas in a gas supply reservoir can be discharged by pressing a discharge button and the said pressurized gas in the bottle and behind the nozzle can be emptied. Consequently, the said nozzle arm moves upwardly by means of a spring.

- the basic principle in the said machine is that carbondioxide is transferred to a water-filled bottle (4) including some soda at a certain pressure.
- carbondioxide is stored inside a tube (1) and a gas supply button valve (2) is mounted at upper part of the said tube (1).
- the said valve (2) provides a connection between the said tube and a nozzle group (6, 10) through a pipe (3) and the said nozzle group (6, 10) is connected to the said bottle (4).
- a gas supply button (5) carbondioxide gas is transferred into the nozzle group (6, 10) through the gas supply valve (2) and then into the said bottle (4), successfully.

- the main nozzle body (6) has a cylindrical structure and a nozzle arm (10) is provided therein, the said nozzle arm achieving up/down motion by means of the gas pressure.
- the upper end of the said nozzle arm (10) is wide enough to provide sealing between the said upper end and the inner surface of the said nozzle body (6) and it is designed by a "O" ring system.
- the middle part of the said arm is narrow and around of which there is provided a spring for achieving the return movement.
- the inner hole of the end part of the nozzle arm (10), having a smaller diameter, is designed such that it allows the said gas to enter into the bottle with high velocity.
- a gas supply reservoir (11) is a member for discharging the pressure above safety level and the excess pressure occurring after soda production and provides a pivoting place for the operation of the gas discharge button.
- the pressure relief valve (12) above the gas supply reservoir opens as soon as the bottle is filled with gas at a pressure above a particular level and a pin (16) on the said valve strikes on a gas discharge button (13) by producing a noise and during which it discharges the excessive pressure.
- a discharge valve (14) is positioned in order to discharge all of the gas in the assembly for unscrewing the bottle after completion of the soda production.
- the said pressure relief valve (12) will undertake the same operation to discharge the gas. Furthermore, a sealing ring (18) for preventing gas leakage is provided between the said reservoir (11) and a bottle engagement assembly (15) such that the latter contacts with the bottle head.
- the pressurized gas coming to the nozzle body (6) pushes the nozzle arm (10) downward and the said nozzle arm is immersed into water inside the bottle (4).
- the nozzle arm reaches the maximum distance, to which it can go, it stops and then the gas passes through the hole of the nozzle arm (10) due to high pressure and at this time it flows into the bottle.
- FIG 6 an apparatus is shown, wherein the attachment and engagement of the said bottle is achieved.
- an assembly for bottle engagement (15) is mounted at the bottom part of the said gas supply reservoir.
- the top of the said bottle engagement assembly (15) is flat in order to carry out the easy montage and the bottom of which is extended as long as the head (4b) of the bottle.
- the inner diameter of the hole (15a) at the bottom part of the assembly (15) is larger than the outer diameter of the nozzle arm (10).
- the said hole (15a) is protruded inwardly such that it can enter inside bottle hole slightly during the bottle attachment.
- the inner diameter of the said protruded part (15b), wherein attachment of the bottle (4) is carried out, is equal to the outer diameter of the said head of the bottle and so the said head (4b) is inserted into the protruded part easily.
- the projections (4a) around the bottle head (4b) is embodied such that they can engage with some montage spaces (15c) during the attachment of the bottle.
- the bottle (4) is turned preferably by an angle of 20-40°, more preferably by an angle of 30° and the projected parts (4a) around the bottle head are fit on grooves (15e). Also protrusions (15f) are provided on the bottle attachment assembly in order to prevent the bottle from being detached without any intervention. After attaching the bottle, the passage of the gas through water is carried out easily.
