Abstract

This invention, unlike the traditional way, when unfolding/wearing an umbrella and folding/wearing for carrying an umbrella, provides a frame that can serve as a secretary because it holds the umbrella on behalf of the umbrella user, eliminating the necessity of holding an umbrella with a hand to make two hands free and availabe at any time in all weather conditions by adhering and fastening both upper and lower parts (the stick portion and the handle portion) of the umbrella to the human chest part and waist part very firmly and at the same time, very rapidly, easily, and conveniently, and also by eliminating the uncomfortableness after wearing the umbrella, and therefore, hereinafter, it will be called simply as an 'umbrella secretary'. Looking into the overall structure of the umbrella secretary, it can be divided into 10 components as follows. That is, an upper component consisting of a chest band and both shoulder bands (Fig. 4); a lower component, that is, the umbrella secretary's waist band (Fig. 5); six connection/adhesion/fastening components between an upper and a lower components and between a chest band's frontal part and a shoulder band's frontal part of the upper component (Fig. 6); a component for fastening the upper part of an umbrella (Fig. 7); a component for fastening the lower part of an umbrella (Fig. 8). All ten components constitute the umbrella secretary as described above. And the steps for adhering and fastening the umbrella to the upper human body consist of following three steps. Step 1: step for attaching and fastening both of the upper and lower components of the umbrella secretary to the upper human body using the connection/adhesion/fastening component as shown in Fig.6 and the attaching part of the chest and waist bands. Step 2: step for attaching and fastening the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (Fig. 7, Fig. 8) to both of the upper and lower components of the umbrella secretary that was attached to the upper human body. Step 3: step for attaching and fastening the umbrella to the upper human body at last by fastening the umbrella to the above-described component for both the right/left position and the umbrella (Fig. 7, Fig. 8).

To fill the role as an umbrella secretary as described above, this invention is to solve the problems associated with such issues as how to adhere and fasten an umbrella to an upper human body very firmly, at the same time, quickly, easily, and conveniently; and how to detach it quickly, easily, and conveniently as well; and furthermore how to carry and keep it easily and conveniently; and how to make it light and economical; and how to make it practical, while making it safe and eliminating not only a feeling of inconvenience after wearing it but also a concern for its malfunction. Disclosure of Invention
First, looking into the overall structure of the umbrella secretary, it can be grossly divided into the following 10 components. That is, a upper component consisting of a chest band and both shoulder bands (FIG 4); a lower component (umbrella secretary waist band, hereinafter simply referred to as a waist band as well) (FIG 5); 6 connection/adhesion/fastening components between an upper and a lower components and between a chest band's frontal part and a shoulder band's frontal part of the upper component (2 in all, 1 for each right and left, respectively, for connection/adhesion/fastening between a chest band's frontal part and a shoulder band's frontal part; 4 in all, 2 for each right and left, respectively, for each front side and back side, respectively, for connection/adhesion/fastening between a waist band and a shoulder band) (FIG 6); a component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella at an upper part of an umbrella (a stick portion of an umbrella) (FIG 7); a component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella at a lower part of an umbrella (a handle portion of an umbrella) (FIG 8); and all 10 components as described above constitutes this invention.
Now, we will explain how to attach and fasten the umbrella to the upper human body according to the attached drawings by dividing into 3 sections as follows. Step 1: Step for attaching and fastening both of the upper and lower components (FIG 4, FIG 5) of the umbrella secretary to the upper human body.
1. Steps for attaching and fastening the upper component of the umbrella secretary to the upper human body centering around the part of chest band.
(1) Method of wearing the chest band (FIG 4)
Holding a part 18 of FIG 4 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 23) in a right hand and holding a part 19 (, which constitutes a front and back side" relationship with the part 20) in a left hand in order to wrap the chest band around the chest to adjust to the best fit, and overlap the part 19 on top of the part 18 to let the part 19 and 23 have an initial contact each other for mutual adhesion, and then, fold the part 21 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 16) and overlap it on top of the frontal part (part 20) of the upper portion (part 19), which was adhered as a first time adhesion, and let the part 20 and 21 be overlapped each other as a second time adhesion. After that, fold the part 22 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 17) and overlap it on top of the frontal part (part 16) of the upper portion (part 21), which was adhered as a second time adhesion, and let the part 16 and 22 be overlapped each other as a third time adhesion. Like this, with wrapping the velcro completely one turn around the object part for attachment, the chest band can stay firmly fastened because of not only the adhesion of both sides of front and back, but also the double adhesion. At this time, the sequence of the second and third adhesion may be alternated. That is, the sequence of adhesion may change. Instead of using the part 16 for adhesion, the part 17 is used for adhesion, which previously was not used for adhesion. The part 17, which appeared at the outside surface and not used for adhesion, goes into inside to be used for adhesion, while the part 16, which is not going to be used for adhesion comes out to the outside surface. And the lengths of the part 19 and 23 are sufficient, therefore, it can be adjusted to make a tight fit with the human body by moving it right and left according to the size of the chest (Refer to 1 of FIG 1 and FIG 2).
(2) Method of connecting/adhering/fastening the chest band and the shoulder band.
First of all, as shown in FIG 6, attach the connection/adhesion/fastening component to the chest band, and then, overlap the shoulder band on top of the connection/adhesion/fastening component, which was previously adhered to the chest band, to get the shoulder band adhered to the connection/adhesion/fastening component, and so the chest band is connected/adhered/fastened to the shoulder band.
That is, with the position of the I' type part as shown in FIG 6 be reversed the up and down as a form of -1- type, if overlapping the part 38 on top of the chest band to let it contact with the chest band, then the chest band and the part 38 is adhered together for the first time. After the initial adhesion, fold the area between the part 33 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 38) and the part 35 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 40) and pull the part 36 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 41) down behind the chest band while letting the chest band stay between the part 38 and the part 36, then the part 41 turns toward the front. After pulling it down as described above, fold the part 40 and 41, and then, overlap the part 41 on the part 33; which is a front side of the part 38 that was adhered as a first time, and then, the part 33 and the part 41 are adhered together as a second time, while the part 38, 40, and 41 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 33, 35, and 36) are wrapping the chest band completely. After all, with the chest band is wrapped completely around one turn, the firmness of the adhesion is reinforced by providing additional adhesion to the front side of the part adhered to the chest band. As above, in case of a first time and a second time adhesions, the first adhesion was made in a state of an ergonomic -L- type, and then, pull it downward to have a second time adhesion. Alternately, it is possible to have a first time adhesion in a state of T type and then, pull it upward to have a second time adhesion. After the completion of the first and the second time adhesions, if overlapping the shoulder band on it, then, the part 36, which is a front side of the part 41 of the second time adhesion, and the inside of the shoulder band come to contact each other to be adhered as a third time, and again, fold and overlap the part 32 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 39) on the upper portion of the shoulder band, and then the outside of the shoulder band adheres to the part 32 as a fourth time, and again, fold and overlap the part 34 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 37) on it, and then, the part 39, which is a front side of the part 32 adhered previously as a fourth time, adheres to the part 34 as a fifth time. Also, the sequence of the 4th and the 5th adhesions may be interchangeable in the same- way as the 2nd and the 3rd adhesions when wearing the chest band. Also, the adhesion of this holding part is also possible while moving, and therefore, it may be adjusted and fastened in such a position that can provide the tight fit to his/her own body and also, the shoulder band can be adjusted to provide the perfect fit to the human body.
As described above, with five times of connection and adhesion, the chest band and the shoulder band can be very firmly connected and fastened. There are two connection and adhesions, one for each right and left side, respectively (Refer to 7 & 8 of FIG 1 and FIG 2).
2. Steps for attaching and fastening the lower component, or umbrella secretary waist band (FIG 5), to the waist of the upper human body. (1) The method of wearing the waist band is the same as that of the chest band, where it is also possible to move it around the waist to adjust it to create a tight fit with the human body in the same way when wearing the chest band (Refer to 2 of FIG 1 and FIG 2).
(2) The method of connecting/adhering/holding the waist band and the shoulder band together is same as the method of connecting/adhering/holding the chest band and the shoulder band together. That the adhesion is possible while moving is also the same. What was ergonomically pulled down from the chest band was reversely changed to pull up from the waist band. Therefore, the first time adhesion is made in the form of T type without requiring the reverse of up and down position to get a -1- form. Like the case of the chest band, it is also possible to follow the procedure for pulling down according to the individual's taste. And total 4 adhesions in all, 2 for each right and left, respectively, again for each front side and back side, respectively, in the waist band (Refer to 9 and 10 of FIG 1 and FIG 2, and also refer to 11 and 12 of FIG 3).
With the steps described above, the entire steps for connecting/adhering/holding the upper and lower part of the umbrella secretary to the human body are completed.
Step 2: Step for attaching and fastening the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (FIG 7, FIG 8) for both the upper and lower components of the umbrella (the stick portion of the umbrella and the handle portion of the umbrella) to both the upper and lower components of the umbrella secretary (the chest band portion in case of the upper component) which was attached to the upper human body in the step 1.
1. Steps for attaching and fastening the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (FIG 7) at the upper part of the umbrella (the stick portion of the umbrella) to the chest band.
The steps for attaching and fastening the fastening component described above (FIG 7) to the chest band are the same as the first and second steps for adhesion when connecting/fastening the connection/adhesion/holding component shown in FIG 6 to the chest band, and similarly, it is also possible to move it in the direction of right and left in order to be fit tightly to the individual's body. However, the part which is adhered to the chest band for the first time is the part 51 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 45), and the parts for the second time adhesion are the part 45(, which is a front side of the part 51, the one adhered previously as a first time adhesion) and the part 57 (, which constitute a front and back side relationship with the part 48). In the next step 3 after the completion of the 1 st and 2nd adhesions as described above, if the upper puition (the stick portion) ot the umbrella is fastened there, and then, when either unfolding/wearing the umbrella or folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella, the stick portion of the umbrella plays a role for pressing down at third time the part 48, which is a frontal part of the part 57 adhered previously as a second time, and so, the adhesion/holding component mentioned above can be firmly attached to the chest band (Refer to 13 of FIG 1 and FIG 2).
2. Steps for attaching and fastening the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (FIG 8) in the lower part of the umbrella (the handle portion of the umbrella) to the waist band.
The steps for attaching and fastening the fastening component described above (FIG 8) to the waist band are the same as the first and second steps for adhesion when connecting/fastening the connection/adhesion/holding component shown in FIG 6 to the waist band, and similarly, it is also possible to move it in the direction of right and left in order to be fit tightly to the individual's body. And the part which is adhered to the waist band for the first time is the part 74 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 69), and the parts for the second time adhesion are the part 69(, which is a front side of the part 74, the one adhered previously as a first time adhesion) and the part 79 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 72). In the next step 3 after the completion of the 1st and 2nd adhesions as described above, if the lower portion (the handle portion) of the umbrella is fastened there, the handle portion of the umbrella plays a role for pressing down ai, third time the part 72, which is a frontal part of the part 79 adhered previously as a second time, and so, the adhesion/holding component mentioned above can be firmly attached and fastened to the waist band (Refer to 14 of FIG 1 and FIG 2).
Step 3: Step for fastening finally the umbrella's both upper and lower components to the components for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella for both the upper and the lower parts (the stick portion and the handle portion) of the umbrella (FIG 7, FIG 8) as described above which was adhered/fastened to the upper and lower components of the umbrella secretary (the chest band portion in case of the upper component) in the step 2. Therefore, the entire upper and lower part of the umbrella can be attached/fastened to the upper human body. For an ergonomic consideration, the lower part of the umbrella is supposed to be fastened first before fastening the upper part of the umbrella.
1. Steps for fastening the lower part of the umbrella Place the handle part of the umbrella on the part 72, which is a frontal side of the part 79 adhered as a second time in the previous step 2, and while holding the part 68 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 75) and the part 70 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 73), tie them around the handle part of the umbrella once. Then, place the part 68 on the handle part of the umbrella, and overlap the part 70, an opposite side, on it, resulting the adhesion of the part 75 and the part 70 as a first time adhesion. After that, the 2nd and 3rd adhesion methods are the same as the 2nd and 3rd adhesion methods for the previous chest band and waist band, and are the same as the 4th and 5th adhesion methods for the connection/adhesion/fastening component as shown in FIG 6 as well. Like this, with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd adhesion steps for fastening the handle part of the umbrella, the handle part of the umbrella can be firmly fastened to the umbrella fastening component, which was adhered and fastened to the waist band in the step 2 (Refer to 14 of FIG 1 and FIG 2):
2. Steps for fastening the upper part of the umbrella
Steps for fastening the upper part of the umbrella are grossly divided into two as follows. First, a single long type (Fig 1 of FIG
7), where the umbrella stick holding velcro part of the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (FIG 7) can be used for both when unfolding/wearing the umbrella and when folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella. Second, the couple type (Fig 2 of FIG 7) consisting of the one that is a shorter one designed for using during unfolding/wearing and the other one that is a longer one designed for using during folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella. And the two kinds above can be again divided into two: one for when unfolding/wearing the umbrella and the other for when folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella. (1) In case of the combined use type (Fig 1 of FIG 7) as a long velcro part for fastening the stick portion of the umbrella. CD When unfolding/wearing the umbrella Place the stick portion of the umbrella to the part 48, which is a frontal side of the part 57 adhered as a second time adhesion in the previous step 2, and then hold the part 44 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 52 & 53) and the part 46 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 49 & 50) to fold them toward inside in half and tie them around the stick portion of the umbrella completely. And place the part 44 to the stick portion of the umbrella, and on top of it, overlap the part 46 of the opposite side, and they are folded in half, respectively, and the both parts (part 52 & 53; part 49 & 50) stick together for the first time. At this time, it does not necessarily need to fold it in half, but fold it simply according to the thickness of the umbrella stick. After that, the 2nd and 3rd adhesion methods are the same as those previously described. However, because it is folded in half for use, the rougher side of the velcro will appear outside, unlike the case that the softer side of the velcro was shown outside after the final attaching so far. Like this, with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd adhesion process for fastening the stick part of the umbrella, the stick part of the umbrella can be firmly fastened to the component for fastening the umbrella, which was already attached and fastened to the chest band in the step 2 (Refer to 13 of FIG 1). (2) When folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella In this case, the both sides are adhered without going through folding the both sides in half. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd adhesion methods are the same as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd adhesion methods used when previously fastening the handle part of the umbrella. However, there is such a case that the umbrella can be made to a smaller size by folding it in half when using it. Because it was designed for a combined use, the rougher sides are folded toward each other at the 2nd adhesion time, and therefore, the adhesion does not occur at the 2nd adhesion time, and only at the 1st and 3rd adhesion time. Because it is when the umbrella is folded and carried, the two times of adhesions at the 1st and 3rd time are sufficient to maintain the firmness of the adhesion (Refer to 13 of FIG 2).
(2) In case of a couple type (Fig 2 of FIG 7) consisting of the one that has a shorter velcro part for fastening the stick part of the umbrella for using during unfolding/wearing the umbrella and the other one that has a longer velcro part for using during when folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella.
CD When unfolding/wearing the umbrella Using the one which has a shorter velcro part for fastening the stick part of the umbrella as shown in Fig 2 of FIG 7, apply the same adhesion method as the previously described 1st, 2nd, and 3rd methods. At this time, the appearance of the long velcro part (the thin lined part) for folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella, which is not being used, is not good to see, therefore fold both sides inward in half such a way that the part 44 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 53) to be place at the bottom, on top of which the opposite side, the part 46 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 49), is placed. Then, the part 52 and the part 49 are adhered together for the first time. At this time, it does not necessarily need to fold it in half, but fold it simply to the appropriate length within the distance range that the velcro part can make contact. When doing so, the volume becomes minimized and it will not look sloppy (Refer to 13 of FIG 1). (D When folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella
Using the one which has a longer velcro part for fastening the stick part of the umbrella as shown in Fig 2 of FIG 7, apply the same adhesion method as the previously described 1st, 2nd, and 3rd methods. At this time, the one that has a shorter velcro part for using during unfolding/wearing, which is not being used for fastening the umbrella stick, may be left in a folded state in the same way as when unfolding/wearing the umbrella, or may be left in the 2nd and 3rd adhesion state without the 1st adhesion (Refer to 13 of FIG 2). As described above, through the three adhesion steps, the umbrella can be attached to the upper human body, eliminating the necessity of holding the umbrella with a hand.
Regarding the umbrella for the umbrella secretary, that is, regarding the umbrella to be attached to the umbrella secretary, the total length of the umbrella's stick portion when it is fully unfolded and extended should be longer by about 20 - 30cm than the traditional umbrella (, whose total length is about 60 - 65cm when fully unfolded and extended). Therefore, the total extended length of the umbrella should be about 80 - 95cm when it is unfolded/put on. And also, it should have a loop groove at the bottom of the umbrella (nearby a handle) that is to be used for fastening the umbrella.
And if a little room is allowed, without creating a too tight fit, for fastening an upper part (the umbrella stick portion) of the umbrella in the previous step 3, either when unfolding/wearing or when folding/wearing for carrying, the upper part of the umbrella can have a little room to move flexibly upward or downward so that the upper human body will not have inconvenience when moving as if it is not wearing (or wearing for carrying) the umbrella.
Also, several times of wearing of the connection/adhesion/fastening component shown in FIG 6, FIG 7, and FIG 8 can adapt the component to the appropriate place in each individual's body, or it can be fixed at the most convenient location in the body in advance. Therefore, the time normally required for wearing the umbrella is not more than a few seconds to wear the chest band and the waist band, in addition to a few seconds to fasten the upper and lower part of the umbrella to the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (FIG 7, FIG 8) attached and fixed to waist band and chest band. It goes without saying that the detachment is also very fast, easy, and convenient.
In summary, in wearing and detaching, the wear can be done very firmly, and also very fast, easily, and conveniently, either for attaching the umbrella secretary to the upper human body or for attaching the umbrella to the umbrella secretary, and then the detachment also can be done very quickly, easily, and conveniently, either for detaching the umbrella secretary from the upper part of the human body or for detaching the umbrella from the umbrella secretary.
Also it is possible to adjust the height of the umbrella to a certain degree when wearing an umbrella by adjusting the elevation of the umbrella secretary waist band when wearing umbrella secretary on the upper human body.
Although the umbrellas was attached and1 fastened to the right side of the upper human body in the drawings of FIG 1 and FIG 2, it is no problem to make attachment to the left side of the upper human body depending on each individual's convenience. As described so far, the connection/adhesion/fastening components (shown in FIG 4 for a chest band wearing gadget, FIG 5 for a waist band wearing gadget, FIG 6 for a connection/adhesion/fastening gadget, FIG 7 and FIG 8 for a gadget for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella) are all possible to move and adhere so that they do not have restraints because of the chest size and waist size. That is, they do not have restraints depending on whether the chest and waist size becomes thicker or thinner according to the seasonal clothes and it is always possible to wear the umbrella secretary. Reg aiding the adjustment of the chest band and the waist band according to the size of the chest and waist when wearing the umbrella secretary, the length to be further expanded or shrunk becomes larger in length because the same amount of length is expanded or shrunk at both sides, making the total length double, unlike the traditional waist band, and therefore, the adjustment can be rapid, easy, and convenient accordingly.
Moreover, all the material used in this umbrella secretary is made of cloth so that the weight is light and the product life is semi -permanent because there will be little chance of malfunctioning as long as no rupture occurs due to a poor needle work etc. of the connection/adhesion/fastening part unlike other frames or apparatus. And for carrying it with a human body or its storage, fold it several times, wrap it around with the velcro parts, attach it by itself, and then, the size becomes very small and also it is no problem to attach it to the umbrella and thus, its carrying and storage is very simple and easy.
And there is no doubt that this umbrella secretary can be utilized not only for the umbrella, but also for the sunlight shielding umbrella.

Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention or Modes for Carrying out the Invention
The followings are the best mode for carrying out this umbrella secretary and the applied mode for carrying out the connection/adhesion/fastening component, which is used in the umbrella secretary, and the umbrella secretary.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Although only a few seconds are required for moving and adhering the attaching part in the chest band and the waist band of the component for fastening both the right/left position and the umbrella (FIG 7, FIG 8), if you feels even those several seconds are tedious, or if further faster and easier method is required, the following thing can be applied. That is, if you use the umbrella secretary with 2 — 3 fastening components shown in FIG 7 and FIG 8 adhered and fastened to the chest band and the waist band at the upper and lower location at the same time, then you can move and fasten the position of the umbrella more rapidly, easily, and conveniently when the direction of the rain changes.
Also, if additional 1 — 2 connection/adhesion/fastening components as shown in FIG 6 are attached and fastened in reserve on each attaching part of the chest band and the waist band, there is no need to move the attaching part even if the size of the chest or waist changes according to whether the user is heavily clothed or lightly clothed. And if such is the case, only one thing required to do is that the shoulder band is moved and adhered to the fastening component.
And for storage and wearing, undo only the velcro parts of the chest band and the waist band and take out the umbrella secretary while retaining the state of folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella, and store them as they are, that is, store it while maintaining the state that the umbrella secretary and the umbrella for the umbrella secretary stay stick together, and to wear it, put it on to the upper human body as it is while maintaining the state that the umbrella secretary and the umbrella for the umbrella secretary stay stick together, and then, it is restored to the situation when folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella (FIG 2). In such a situation, untie the fastened upper portion of the umbrella (untie up to the umbrella fastening state in the previous step 3) and turn the umbrella pointing forward, and unfold it, and fasten (Refer to 13 of FIG 1) the stick portion of the umbrella to the fastening component of FIG 7, and then, the umbrella unfolding/wearing state (FIG 1) is restored again.
And before wearing the umbrella, unfold the umbrella to restore it to the umbrella unfolding/wearing state, and put the umbrella secretary on the upper human body and tie up the chest band and the waist band, and then, it becomes the same situation of the umbrella unfolding/wearing state (FIG 1), which is simpler and easier method. When drying the wet umbrella, untie only the velcro part in the stick portion of the umbrella (do not untie fastening state of the handle part), and take the umbrella secretary out and let it be dried. Therefore, it is possible to let both the umbrella secretary and the umbrella for the umbrella secretary always be stuck together, and therefore, there is no concern about losing any separate part.
Additionally, this umbrella secretary can be folded and weared for being carried when it is not rainy, and thus, regardless of whether it is convenient to carry or not, it is possible to expand the area for shielding the rain by extending the length of the umbrella stick to expand the width of the upper part cloth of the umbrella so that the human body can have better protection from the rain. That is, the traditional umbrellas have focused on the convenience in terms of carrying them. As a result, the length of the folded umbrella was made as shorter as possible, and consequently, the entire length of the umbrella has become shorter, which in turn made impossible to have a broad cloth for the umbrella. Otherwise, they have to expand the width of the cloth for the umbrella in order to have broader shielding area from the rain, and this means that there is no other way except making the umbrella stick longer. Therefore, the matter associated with convenience of carrying the folded umbrella has been shunned from the manufacturers. However, with the advent of the invention of this umbrella secretary, the matter associated with convenience of carrying the folded umbrella can be well solved so that the two contradicting subjects - one for convenience of carrying the folded umbrella, and the other for extending the shielding area from the rain - have a simultaneous solution by expanding the area of upper cloth of the umbrella and extending the length of the umbrella stick, which are no longer give negative affect on the convenience of carrying the folded umbrella.
According to FIG 3 and the previous explanation, 2 locations, 1 for each right and left location, were connected/adhered/fastened to the back part as well when connecting/adhering/fastening the upper and lower components of umbrella secretary. But the back part is not the place that gets much force or action, and it will be sufficient to connect/adhere/fasten only one location in the middle of the waist. However, if adopting the foregoing method, the number of locations to be connected/adhered/fastened can be reduced by one, and subsequently, the number of connection/adhesion/fastening component of FIG 6 can also be reduced by one when puting the umbrella secretary on the upper human body, resulting further practicability in terms of quickness, simplicity, and convenience foi attaching and detaching and also in terms of its economic value. In case of folding/wearing for carrying the umbrella, let the umbrella stick tσ be placed at bottom to carry it at the right or left side of the waist like a policeman's club. In this case, only the handle part of the umbrella is tied to the waist, which is faster and simpler and easier than when attaching the folded umbrella to the upper human body to carry (FIG 2).
Applied Mode 1 for Carrying out the Invention
This method is for holding the loin belt (cartridge belt) to prevent it from being moved around right and left after wearing the loin belt by connecting/adhering/fastening between the loin belt (cartridge belt), a style of the umbrella secretary waist band, and the umbrella secretary waist band by making use of the connection/adhesion/fastening component described in FIG 9, and the thick lined part in FIG 9 is for adhesion to narrow width waist band, while the thin lined part is for adhesion to broader width loin belt.
The method of connection/adhesion/fastening between the waist band and the loin belt is as follows. First, put on the waist band, and adhere the thick lined part to the waist band, and put on the loin belt, and then, adhere the thin lined part to the loin belt.
The method is same as the foregoing method, except that the first time adhesion is done between the waist band and the part 82 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 89), and the second time adhesion is done between the part 89, which is the frontal part of the part 82, whose attachment was already done at the first time adhesion, and 80 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 91). Like this, the two times of adhesion process completes the adhesion to the waist band, and then the loin belt is put on, and followed by the loin belt adhesion process, whose method is same as the previous method.
Also, instead of using the connection/adhesion/fastening component described in FIG 9, if the connection/adhesion/fastening component of FIG 6 is connected/adhered/fastened to the loin belt, a style of the umbrella secretary waist band, using the exactly same method instead of making connection/adhesion/fastening to the umbrella secretary waist band, then the loin belt -would not move around right and left after wearing it, and this will be more firm connection/adhesion/fastening method. In this case, however, the width of the connection/adhesion/fastening component described in FIG 6 may have to be as wide as the width of the loin belt.
Applied Mode 2 for Carrying out the Invention
As a method for adhering/fastening a water canteen case, a cartridge bag, a bayonet sheath, a revolver scabbard, a club holder, and a cellular phone case etc. to the waist band of the umbrella secretary or a loin belt, a style of the umbrella secretary waist band by using the connection/adhesion/fastening component described in FIG 10 to prevent them from being moved around right and left after making adhesion/fastening to them, the procedures are as follows. First, adhere the part 94 to the loin belt or waist band, and then, wrap the part 92 and 93 around the loin belt or waist band completely one round. As a second step, adhere the part 92 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 96) to the part 98 and adhere the part 93 (, which constitutes a front and back side relationship with the part 95) to the part 97, where the part 95 and 96 are those to be utilized for attaching other things after the completion of the adhesion. This is because there would be insufficient room left in the loin belt in case that a lot of things are needed to be attached to the loin belt. And the part 99 is the part of needlework etc. for connecting/adhering/fastening the water canteen case etc. mentioned above.
The Other Applied Modes for Carrying out the Invention By utilizing the connection/adhesion/fastening method used for the umbrella secretary waist band, the waist string and the shoulder string of the knapsack and the shoulder strap of the rifle etc. can be used easily and conveniently to the best fit with the human body without a prior adjustment in contrast to the traditional way of attaching them. Moreover, their attachment state is very firm and there is very little chance of loosening of the adhesion due to a missing part or a slippery condition or little chance of untying of the adhesion or loosening of the knotted tie due to the stretched string after they are attached. In addition, this kind of connection/adhesion/fastening method can be utilized for variety of applications including a female brassiere, and with this method, the attachment and detachment can be very rapid and easy.
Also, if the loin belt is made in the same way as the waist band of the umbrella secretary, it also can be tightly adjusted to the human body unlike the traditional loin belt, and there in no chance of loosening part once it is worn on the body. And as described in the applied mode 2 for carrying out the invention, it can be used to prevent the water canteen case etc. from being moved around right and left after the water canteen case etc. is put on. Also, using the umbrella secretary can prevent the knapsack's shoulder string and the rifle's strap - etc. from being loosened and it can be fastened to the shoulder. That is, as a method of utilizing the connection/adhesion/fastening component shown in FIG 6, overlap the knapsack's shoulder string and the rifle's strap etc. on the umbrella secretary's shoulder band to tie them together, and then, adjust it for perfect fit with the human body by moving the connection/adhesion/fastening component along the shoulder band. To do this, in addition to those 6 required for wearing the umbrella secretary, additional 1 or 2 connection/adhesion/fastening components shown in FIG 6 are required (one for fastening the rifle's strap, the other for fastening the both shoulder strings of the knapsack).
In addition, this umbrella secretary can be used for preventing the woman's handbag etc. from being snatched abruptly by a snatcher on the street. This can be done as fυliυvvs. That is, tie the string of woman's handbag etc. on the umbrella secretary's the shoulder band, and use the slightly altered/adapted connection/adhesion/fastening component (the alteration is made by changing the part 36 in FIG 6 to the part _3, a soft side of the velcro; and the part 38 to the part □, a non-velcro; and the part 40 to the part H, a rough side of the velcro, respectively) to fasten the string of the handbag etc. to the umbrella secretary's the shoulder band. The method of fastening is as follows. Use the slightly altered/adapted connection/adhesion/fastening component above for fastening purpose by turning it by 90 degrees. The first time adhesion is made between the lower part of the shoulder band and the part 40, which is the part that was changed to the rough side part H. After the first time adhesion, the second time adhesion is done by wrapping the string of the handbag etc. that was overlapped on the shoulder band, together with the shoulder band, in the part 38 that was changed to the non-velcro part ZJ after the first time adhesion and the part 41. At this time, however, let the part 38 that was changed to the non-velcro part D stay at bottom and let the part 41 stay on top of it. The second time adhesion is done between the part 33 and the part 41. After the second time adhesion, the third and forth time adhesions are made and their methods are same as described above.
In case of fastening the shoulder strap of the rifle, and the shoulder string of the knapsack to the shoulder band previously, you can get more firm fastening if you use the slightly altered/adapted connection/adhesion/fastening component rather than using the connection/adhesion/fastening component shown in FIG 6 as it is.
Also at normal time, if you use the waist band of the umbrella secretary waist band type, you can achieve a better adaptation to your waist with it, and you can use it as a very strong rope at emergency time by connecting 3 — 4 of them together.
Industrial Applicability
Unlike the traditional way, when unfolding/wearing an umbrella and folding/wearing for carrying an umbrella, this invention can be utilized for adhering and fastening an umbrella to an upper human body by means of a frame that can serve as a secretary because it holds the umbrella on behalf of the umbrella user, eliminating the necessity of holding an umbrella with a hand to make two hands free and available at any time in all weather conditions. Also, unlike the extremely simple traditional method that adopts only one time adhesion of the velcro for connecting/adhering/fastening the component, the umbrella secretary adopts the method of multiple step adhesion done several times at both sides of the object part for adhesion as described in the applied modes for carrying out the invention, and therefore, the connection/adhesion/fastening method of this invention can be utilized in such an application that requires a firm and at the same time, fast, easy, and convenient connection/adhesion/fastening.
