Abstract

La présente invention concerne un laminoir perceur permettant de fabriquer des tuyaux à paroi mince et d'améliorer le rendement des opérations d'ajustement de position d'un rouleau en forme de disque tout en assurant, de manière suffisante, la rigidité d'un support du rouleau en forme de disque. Le laminoir perceur comprend un logement de laminoir, deux structures de disque (6) pouvant tourner en direction d'une ligne de passage et s'ouvrant, et deux structures inférieure et supérieure coulissantes (8) capables de coulisser sur la surface interne des structures de disque. Un angle d'inclinaison du rouleau en forme de disque (4) est réglé lorsque les structures coulissantes (8) coulissent dans des directions opposées. Le laminoir perceur peut améliorer le rendement des opérations d'ajustement par changement du rouleau en forme de disque et est capable d'étendre la gamme des dimensions des tubes à paroi mince à produire, du fait que le réglage de l'angle d'inclinaison du rouleau en forme de disque est facile et fiable.
