Abstract

Un canal anatomique tubulaire peut être partiellement replacé à l'intérieur d'une lumière corporelle (par exemple pour permettre un pontage autour de la partie sténosée de ce canal). Ce canal anatomique tubulaire peut être bouché à l'intérieur de ladite lumière corporelle, au-delà de la partie destinée à être replacée, avant d'être sectionné à l'intérieur de cette lumière. La partie sectionnée de ce canal est également replacée à l'intérieur de cette lumière (par exemple afin de placer l'extrémité sectionnée à proximité de la paroi d'un autre canal). On forme ensuite un orifice sur la paroi de cet autre canal, à l'intérieur de ladite lumière, les deux canaux étant reliés par un raccordement placé à l'intérieur de cette lumière.
