Abstract
Gutta-Percha-(GP)-Füllstifte in einem Dauerdesinfiziens, die dem Zahnarzt zur unmittelbaren Insertion angeboten werden, ohne den Zeitaufwand für Desinfektion. Die GP-Füllstifte sind in einer für Desinfektionszwecke in der Zahnmedizin allgemein anerkannten Lösung eingeschlossen.
Description
1.0 Beschreibung:
1. 1 G U T T A - P E R C H A (GP- ) Fullstifte , im Dauerdesiπfiziens
wurden auf der letzten 26. Int. Dental Show in Köln vom 27. o3. - 01. 04. 1995, von keinem Hersteller angeboten, wovon wir uns augenscheinlich und durch Studium der Prospekte, der ausgehandigten Muster, sowie durch Gespräche überzeugen konnten.
2.0 Fundstellen und Stand der Technik:
2.1 Roeko in D - Langenau, Pf 1150
Katalog 1995, Seiten 21 - 23, keinerlei Hinweis auf Sterilität oder desinfizierte GP-Füllstifte.
2.2 Vereinigte Dentalwerke in D - 81319 München, Pf 701949.
Katalog März 1995, Seiten 48 - 51, keinerlei Hinweis auf Sterilität oder Desinfektion deren GP-Fullstifte.
2.3Hygenιc Corp., Home Ave, Akron, Ohio/USA, unser Geschäftspartner.
Maschinenfertigung, verkauft in Violen und Schiebecassetten, keinerlei Hinweis auf Sterilität oder desinfizierte GP-Fullstifte.

3.U Bisherige Uesinfektion:
3.1 Unmittelbar vor der Insertion wurden die GP-Füllstifte ca. 5 Min. in Alkohol, oder Bleichwasser (Liquor Natrii Hypochlorosi) gelegt.
3.2 Mittels Tabletten, z.B. aus Paraformaldehyd in Petrischalen (im Angebot bei der Firma Becht GmbH, D-77601 Offenburg, Pf. 1145). Es entsteht penetranter Geruch, beim öffnen des Deckels.
4.0 Problem:
4.1 Es gibt 19 verschiedene Grossen (ISO 10 - 140) dieser GP-Füllstifte.
4.2 Die passende Grosse kann jeweils erst nach dem aufbereiten des Wurzelkanals bestimmt werden. Eine vorher-Desinfektion ist nicht möglich, da das GP-Molekül, ehern ein Isopren mit Trans-Doppelbindung, z.B. durch Chlorabspaltung (im Bleichwasser) sich verändert. Zuerst verliert es die Bruchdehnung (neue GP-Füllstifte haben 1.000 %) , darauf werden sie brüchig. Methode 3.2 ist nicht ausreichend und wird wegen Geruchsbelästigung kaum angewendet.
4.3 UV-Bestrahlung reduziert die Bruchdehnung gegen null.
4.4 Röntgen-Bestrahlung hat gleiche Wirkung.
4.5 Reiner Alkohol hat längerfristig gleiche Auswirkung.
5.0 Problemlösung^
5.1 Durch die in Schutzanspruch 10.0 aufgeführten Merkmale.
6.0 Erreichte_Vorteile:
6.1 Die GP-Füllstifte können unmittelbar insertiert werden.
6.2 5 Min. Zeitgewinn, bei einem Kostensatz derzeit DM 150,- pro Arb..-Stunde.
7.0 Weitere vorteιlhafte_Ausgestaltung^
7.1 Das Gehäuse mit Deckel aus hochschlagfestem PS (s.Opt.Darst. Fig. I/l), verhindern weitgehend Bruch der Violen aus Glas (s.Opt.Darst. Fig. II/5) . Bei Bruch derselben nimmt der Schdumstoffeinsatz (s.Opt.Darst. Fig. II/6) das gesamte Dauerdesinfiziens (s.OptOarst. Fig. 1/4) auf.

9.0 Schutzanspruche^
9.1 G U T T A - P E R C H A (GP-) Fullstifte, im Dauer-Desinfiziens,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass diese dem Zahnarzt zur unmittelbaren Insertion angeboten werden, ohne den bisherigen Zeitaufwand für Desinfektion.
10.0 G_U_T_T_A_:_P_E_R_C_H_A__ GP:)_Fullstιfte, ιm_Dauer-Desιnfιzιens nach Schutzaπspruch 9.1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass diese standig in einer Lösung eingeschlossen sind, die für Desinfektionszwecke in der Zahnmedizin allgemein anerkannt ist (s.Opt.Darst. Fig. 1/4).
10.1 Die GP-Füllstifte können nach abheben der Violenkappe (s.Opt.Darst. Fig. 1/2, Stöpsel und Kappe identisch) mit autoclavierter Pincette einzeln aus der Viole entnommen und "desinfiziert" sofort insertiert werden.
