Definitions
- This invention is directed to a super-organic stained liquid comprising a cell-fixing agent in a body fluid of a living body, in particular, a coloring liquid for dyeing tangible components such as cells in urine.
- a super-organic stained liquid comprising a cell-fixing agent in a body fluid of a living body, in particular, a coloring liquid for dyeing tangible components such as cells in urine.
- the conventional supracellular dyeing liquid is one that dyes in a fresh state to fix cell components. Therefore, the cells in the sample, especially erythrocytes, are directly affected by the pH and osmotic pressure of the dye solution itself, resulting in marked hemolysis and morphological changes. In other words, the differentiation of medical hematuria and urological hematuria by erythrocyte morphology was a key issue. In addition, the conventional supra-organism color sample was difficult to preserve even due to the 55-cell bacterial growth and the temporal change of the cells.
- the present invention impairs the advantages of dyeing cells and easiness of dyeing super-organisms.
- the subject of this research is to prevent the hemolysis and shape change of red blood cells due to the above (maintaining the fine structure).
- the microstructure of the cell membrane In order to prevent hemolysis and morphological changes due to staining, the microstructure of the cell membrane must be firmly fixed. As a result of experimentation and theory, it was found that the solidifying agent was glutar aldehyde to a final concentration of 0.5% after dyeing as a result of experimentation and theory. It was discovered that adding to the supra-organism dye solution was the best.
- the erythrocytes depend on the coloring liquid because the microstructure of the cell membrane is firmly fixed.
- the present invention has the above composition, the cell components are fixed, and the morphological changes due to the osmotic pressure of the coloring liquid and the effect of the pH. In addition to being able to prevent this from happening, it has become possible to save the sample as it is.
