Dispositif pour la détection fiable de pannes et l'élimination des crêtes de bruit parasites lors d'une analyse potentiométrique, dans lequel la sortie de signal du potentiomètre est connectée par l'intermédiaire d'une résistance pull-up (19) à une tension plus élevée par rapport à la tension de référence, de sorte que, lors d'une interruption de la ligne de signal, il est appliqué au convertisseur analogique-numérique suivant (13) un potentiel plus élevé par rapport à celui correspondant à un fonctionnement non perturbé et qui est utilisé pour la détection d'erreurs. Grâce à un dimensionnement approprié du circuit, le courant du frotteur du potentiomètre est maintenu à un seuil minimum et les effets de crêtes de bruits ou de micro-interruptions sont réduits.
