Abstract

Un dispositif d'implantation d'un filtre intraveineux doté d'un orifice de passage comprend un câble creux (4), une tige flexible (5) située à l'intérieur du câble creux (4) ainsi qu'un moyen destiné à maintenir la position de la tige (5) par rapport au corps du câble creux (4). Un mécanisme de blocage se compose de deux boucles (8) d'un fil en matière élastique, les extrémités des boucles (8) étant fixées au corps du câble creux (4), la longueur des boucles (8) dépassant celle de la section du câble creux (4) entre le point de fixation et l'extrémité du câble creux (4), comprenant l'épaisseur du filtre (1). L'extrémité de travail (7) de la tige (5) est façonnée et présente deux zones diamétralement opposées ayant une surface latérale cylindrique, le diamètre de l'extrémité de travail (7) de la tige (5) compris dans les limites desdites zones, étant choisi selon la relation: D1 - D2 < d, dans laquelle D1 représente le diamètre de l'orifice central du filtre, D2 représente le diamètre de l'extrémité de travail de la tige, d représente le diamètre du fil à l'état de travail. Le dispositif est de préférence destiné à être utilisé dans la prophylaxie de la tromboembolie des artères pulmonaires.
