Zum Verschließen des Behälters wird auf den Behälterrand 4 ein ebener Deckel 2 aus Kunststoff aufgesetzt, der zwischen den an vier Seiten hochstehenden Bördelflansch eingepaßt ist und vier über den Behälterrand seitlich hinausragende Eckvor jrünge 8 hat, die zur Abstandssicherung des Behälters gegenüber den Ofenwänden dienen.
