Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de fabrication de figures en glace. Le dispositif (1001) comprend au moins deux corps refroidisseurs opposés (1005, 1006) entourés d'eau en écoulement dans un récipient (1002). Les corps refroidisseurs sont refroidis par un compresseur refroidisseur (1004) au moyen d'un frigorigène jusqu'à une température inférieure au point de congélation de l'eau, de façon à former des couches de glace sur chaque corps refroidisseur (1005, 1006) qui croissent l'une vers l'autre et finissent par se toucher, de sorte que les deux couches de glace gèlent ensemble, formant une figure en glace (1012) en une seule pièce. L'achèvement de la figure en glace (1012) en une seule pièce est détecté par exemple par un capteur (944, 945). Une fois la figure en glace en une seule pièce achevée, celle-ci est détachée et enlevée des corps refroidisseurs (1005, 1006). La détection de l'achèvement des figures en glace (1012) en une seule pièce permet d'automatiser tout le procédé, de sorte que l'on obtient ainsi un procédé et un dispositif de production en série de grandes quantités de figures en glace en une seule pièce.
