Abstract

Une structure de câblé en acier 3 x delta est caractérisée par un allongement sous l'effet d'une charge partielle qui se situe entre 0,2 et 0,45 %, par une haute résistance à la traction et par un diamètre delta situé dans une plage allant de 0,27 à 0,35 mm. Le pas de torsion préférable est de 14 mm. Les valeurs d'allongement sous l'effet d'une charge partielle et de diamètre ci-dessus mentionnées garantissent une pénétration de caoutchouc uniforme, indépendante de la tension de déroulement utilisée dans le procédé de fabrication de pneus ainsi que le maintien du module de traction.
