Abstract

A re-closable packing for damp cloths in which a tear-off line is punched on the essentially flat upper surface, and which is covered by a closure flap that has a larger profile and sticks to the material of the top surface. Such a pack should be improved in such a way that the punched-out material strip covers the removal opening as accurately as possible when the packing is re-closed. For this purpose, the tear-off perforation line or punched line is not fully cut out, but forms a single-piece covering tongue connected with the upper surface. The punched-out sides (10, 11), which form the covering tongue (9), extend advantageously to a weld seam with which the closure flap is connected to the top surface of the packing.

Description

packaging

The invention relates to a resealable packaging for wet tissues or the like according to the preamble. Such a package is known from DE-OS 28 00 165 and from EP 30 348th These packages are sammengeschweisst to-plastic film and thus vapor tight. The package is to be vapor-tight manner after each repeated extraction of a damp cloth. This purpose is served with a pressure sensitive adhesive coated be¬ flap. but the pressure-sensitive adhesive is not adhered to the respective upper cloth. To this end designed to form the removal opening of the top of the packaging material strip punched aus¬ not removed; when pulling up the flap of the strip of material thus remains adhered thereto; when re-sealing the stamped out ma- covers terialstreifen the opening turn off. This cover also benefits the leaks. In the usual handling but the punched material strip is not exactly on the längsge¬ stretched removal opening to lie, but offset to one side or the other, so it remains a mostly spitzwink¬ liger slot which is not covered by the punched strip of material. The closure is then no longer completely sealed and the closure flap can be connected to the contents of the pack, more particularly sondere at the uppermost cloth adhere.

The object of the invention is based is to design for vollstän¬ possible ended eliminate these disadvantages, this pack so without zusätz¬ union effort that the stamped strip of material when reclosing the extraction opening exactly covers. To achieve this object the ge punched to form the opening part is not completely punched out, but one side of the extraction opening, that form the hinge between flap and package top is not punched, on this side of the strip of material remains integral with the package top otherwise , Through this one-piece strip of material during closure is far better with the withdrawal opening to cover. When opening the package, but there is a risk that the Materi¬ Al tabs along the two ends of the cut line is pulled further aufge¬. In order to avoid this, the cut lines from the outset extend to a per se conventional welded seam between the closure flap and package top or is the weld seam to the ends of the cut lines, ie advanced of up to the one narrow side of the opening. The ends or 'roots' of the punch cuts are so to speak, anchored to the weld seam and thus a further tearing is counteracted ent. To further improve the cut lines do not end straight, but in a respective outwardly directed arc. In this way is avoided the tear propagation favoring "notch effect". Further, the weld seam between the closure flap and package top may run concave or stepped. In this way, the ends of the cut lines are relieved from the train and the train is distributed over the whole width of the opening and beyond over the entire width of the closure flap.

By not can end pointed according to the invention, the punch legs, but is phasing in side sheets 12, 13, can also previously required welding seam between encryption

action flap and top of the package omit; the shutter may all their surface extending pressure-sensitive adhesive to be applied then by a so located Libex equal ässig.

Embodiments of the invention will be described with reference to the drawing.

Fig. 1 shows in perspective an inventive package closed.

Fig. 2 shows the packaging according to Fig. 1, open, wherein the closure flap broken in the region of the weld seam or is removed.

Fig. 3 - 7 show in plan view each have a (total of 5), various embodiments of the invention.

Fig. 8 and 9 show a further variant in top view and in longitudinal section on the line IX-IX in Figure 8, Fig. 10 - 13 show an embodiment in which the rear edge of the closure flap no weld is required.

The package consists of flexible plastic film, front and rear welds are designated 1; 2. The pack contains a pack of wet tissues. On the upper side 3 an evident closure is provided a cloth can be removed by the respectively. For this purpose there is provided in manner known per se in the top of the package has a dispensing opening 4, which can be opened by means of a closure flap 5 and joined ver¬ again. The shutter 5 is coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive 6 and its firmly welded along one narrow side by means of a weld seam 7 at the top surface 3; on the opposite narrow side with an adhesive non-coated grip tongue 8 is provided. The closing flap 5 is larger than the removal opening 4 in phantom and arranged centrally to the discharge opening 4, so that the closure flap 5 engages over the edge of the dispensing opening 4 on all sides and thus seals ab¬.

The removal opening 4 is punched. But the stamped part is not removed, so he comes with the closing of the comparison circuit flap 5 back to the plant and thus revealed as Abdeckzun¬ ge 9 again the top cloth. Instead of continuous Stanzli¬ nien may also be provided merely perforated in the upper side 1, but with which the gripper tongue 8 facing Be¬ is rich fully punched out, so that here, the covering 9 when opening of the closure flap 5 remains adhered. According to the invention the covering is not punched at its opposite end 8 of the Griff¬ tongue 9, but the covering 9 is integrally here with the material of the upper side 3 in the other. The ends of the legs 10, 11 of the punching or perforation thus forming "blind". Due to this one-piece design it is achieved that the covering 9 comes to lie exactly over the opening 4 during closure, that is the opening 4 completely covers. Further, since the legs 10, 11 of the punching lines terminate at or in the weld seam 7, then a stiffening or reinforcement, whereby further tearing is avoided during opening. Furthermore or additionally, the ends of these punching legs 10, 11 in the side outwardly directed arcs 12 may aus¬ run 13, whereby further tearing is avoided due to "notch effect" (Fig. 4, 5). One can also set up inside these sheets 12,13, provided then the width of the cover flap 9 in this joint area is not too low. In the embodiment of Figure "6, the welding seam 7" "stepped, ie two opposite deπi central region vorversetzte lateral regions 7a, viewed vor¬ respectively on both sides of the cover flap 9, each also voiversetzt opposite the ends of the legs 10,11 Stanz¬ , The Verschlnnssklappe 5 - and hence the adhering thereto covering flap 9 - can be 7a preview (without destruction) only up to the vorversetzten Sεüweissnahtbereiche; the ends of the punch legs 10,11 are thus completely relieved of train. The same mode of action, thus forming the strain relief Stanzschenkel¬ is achieved even when the looped arrangement of the welding seam 7 according to FIG. 7 ^ here the train during mounting of the closure flap 5 is in front, the captured vorversetzten lateral zones 7b.

Instead of the welding seams 7 3 7a, 7ib may be provided in principle also an adhesive seam or a Klebestτeifen, wherein the adhesive bond along said Waht is significantly stronger than the adhesion at the edge portions 14 between top and Vεxschlussklappe 5. 3

Such an embodiment, FIGS. 8 and 9 "The seam adhesive 7c between the closure flap 5 and the top 3 is relatively wide. The punch legs 10, 11 extend into this adhesive seam inside 7c. This adhesive joint 7c and the Klebestrei¬ fen is formed along the remaining portion of the closure flap 5 of an adhesive 6a with significantly Grosserer adhesive force (permanent pressure sensitive adhesive) as the pressure sensitive adhesive 6 (releasable PSA tapes ib.ex.).

Can be the packaging according to FIG. 10 - 13 can also simplify such a way that is cheaper, that completely omits the separate weld 7 or glue line 7c between the closure flap 5 and package top 3, if one only the two punch legs 10,11, respectively in an arc 12 , can leak. 13 Namely, when these sheets 12,13 are achieved when first and each subsequent withdrawal of the shutter 5, the train-resistance increases abruptly - which is finished in the practical use of the process of opening.

Such an embodiment is shown in Fig. 10, 11. Thus, the punch legs 10,11 not tear during mounting of the closure flap 5, the punching run leg 10, 11 in the lateral sheets 12, 13 from. These sheets can be to the side outwardly directed ge, as in Fig. 4, 5, or ge is also directed to the inside, as in Figs. 12 and 13. When pulling the flap Verschluss¬ 5, the train on the cover flap 9 and Wurzelbe¬ transmitted rich or web 15 between the cut lines 10, 11 to the package top 3, therefore, the rear portion of the closure flap 5 completely relieved of the train.
