Abstract

A tubular container for tooth paste with adjoining tooth brush comprises: a hollow handle (1) with polygonal section, preferably square to which the tooth brush is adjoined, a part (5) forming piston introduced in the handle, a threaded rod (4) engaged in the part forming piston, intended to give the part forming piston an axial displacement when the rod (4) is rotated on its axis; the extremity (2) of the threaded rod opposite the tooth brush being provided of a button (2') or the like to facilitate the rotation of the rod, a conduit (6, 6') traversing the part of the container used as a brush is connected to the inside of the container, several rows of bristles (3, 3'), some of them being obliquely arranged.

Description

A tubular container for toothpaste, toothbrush with mounted.

DESCRIPTION

The invention relates to a tubular container for toothpaste, toothbrush with an attached, and is characterized in that it comprises the arrangement of the following parts:

- an internally hollow handle, with a polygonal, square with advantage cross-section, wherein the handle has NEN egg shaped end portion as a toothbrush;

- a piston as embodied and pickled in the cavity of the handle portion;

- a projection engaging in the formed as a piston part threaded shaft when the shaft is rotated around the axis to grant its axial movement, wherein the bristles remote from the end of the threaded shank is connected with a web or the like for facilitating the rotational movement of the shaft;.

- a continuous elaborated in which serves as a brush part of the container through line, which line is in communication with the internal cavity of the container;

- a plurality of rows of bristles, at least some of which are arranged obliquely.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bristles are divided into four longitudinally extending rows, with the two inner rows which are dyed more compliant and different, at right angles to protrude with respect to the longitudinal axis of the toothbrush, while the two seitli rows arranged with respect to the longitudinal axis so are inclined as to the perpendicular axis.

An embodiment will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It shows:

FIG. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d to the subject of the invention in forming the basic internal parts disassembled container;

Figure 2 is a perspective view of the end portion of the toothbrush provided with bristles.

Fig. 3 is a side elevation of the assembled container;

Figure 4 is the longitudinal section according to a plane parallel to the largest base of the grip line.

5 shows a longitudinal section along the line AA of the container, parallel to the smallest base area of the handle.

6 shows a cross section along the line EE.

7 shows a cross section along the line FF. 8 is a cross section along line DD.

Fig. 9 is a cross section along the line CC.

Referring to the various figures "the container comprising the internal hollow handle 1, with a square, rectangular shaped with advantage inner cross section, the end portion l 'is formed toothbrush shaped.

In the interior of the handle 1, designed as a piston part 5 is slidably engaged with threaded hole on the stem 4 then unscrews itself as it is rotated by means of the 'ending with the web 2 handle. 2

When the piston 5 is in its uppermost position (with respect to Figures 4 and 5), the paste contained in the interior of the handle 1 will be forced through the lines 6 and 6 'pass between the bristles 3, 3' of the brush for the outflow.

The aforementioned bristles consist of four longitudinal rows, with the inner bristles are resilient and colored differently 3 'and are arranged at right angles with respect to the longitudinal axis of the toothbrush, while the laterally arranged rows, ie, the outer rows 3 with respect to the longitudinal axis and the perpendicular axis are inclined.

The present the container with respect to other known containers are distinctive features: - the square or polygonal cross-section of the handle 1, which excludes a rotation movement of the piston 1 in the screwing movement, without this requiring displacement springs;

- the 'provided with a web 2 handle 2 is in order to facilitate the screwing also formed rectangular, whereby the rotary motion of 90 and 180 respectively can be controlled in a simple manner;

- facilitate the oblique arrangement of outer bristles 3 relative to the inner bristles 3 'as well as their different hardness to the cleaning of the teeth and massage the gums.

The whole thing is advantageously produced by press molding in enough hard plastic material.

The invention is not limited to the illustrated form of the container constituting parts, including the nature of the chosen material for this purpose. It must be left here variations possible without the frame of the scope.

Claims

Patentansprüche1. Rohrformiger container for toothpaste, characterized by hydraulic toothbrush, that this includes the arrangement of the following parts: - an internally hollow handle (l), with a polygonal, square with advantage cross-section, wherein the handle a molded as a toothbrush end region (1 ') has - a as a piston (5) formed and loaded in the cavity of the handle part - engaging one in the formed as a piston member (5) threaded shank (4), to grant its axial movement when the shaft (4) about the axis is turned around, wherein the bristles remote from the end (2) of the threaded shaft with a web (2 ') or the like is connected for facilitating the rotational movement of the shaft, -. a continuous, in which serves as a brush part of the container elaborated through line (6, 6 '), which conduit communicates with the internal cavity of the container in communication, - a plurality of rows of bristles (3, 3'), wherein at least some of them schr Egyptian amended.2 arranged. Rohförmiger container according to claim 1, characterized in that the rows of bristles, which is arranged at least one row diagonally, are composed of four longitudinally extending rows of bristles, wherein the two inner rows (3 ') of resilient, colored differently and with respect to the longitudinal axis of the toothbrush protrude at right angles, while the two lateral rows (3) with respect to the longitudinal axis are so inclined as to the vertical axis. GEANDERTE CLAIMS ((the International Bureau on 8 March 1979 08/03/79) Received
1. Hygienic-economic, rohrformiger container for toothpaste, with mounted toothbrush comprising:
- an internally hollow handle (l), with a polygonal, square with advantage cross-section, wherein the handle has a shaped end portion as a toothbrush (l ');
- designed as a piston (5) and loaded in the cavity of the handle portion;
- engaging one in the formed as a piston member (5) threaded shank (4), to grant its axial movement when the shaft (4) is rotated around the axis, wherein the bristles remote from the end (2) of the Gewindeschaf- tes with a web (2 ') or the like., to facilitate the
is connected to rotary motion of the shaft;
- a continuous elaborated in which serves as a brush part of the container through line (6,6 '), which conduit is in communication with the internal cavity of the container;
- a plurality of rows of bristles (3,3 '), wherein at least some of which are arranged obliquely, characterized in that all the aforementioned parts are made by press molding or the like of plastichem material, so that after the first emptying of the container the whole can be thrown away. 2) Hygienic-wirtschfatlicher, rohrformiger container according to claim 1, characterized in that the handle (2 '), in order to facilitate its rotation, square formed, and in addition (with a web 2') is provided, thereby the rotational movement of for example 90 to 180, and thus be able to make the issue of paste to easily create and control.
INARTIKEL 19 MENTIONED DECLARATION
After examination of the documents identified, it has been found that the toothbrush according to the present international patent application has the peculiarity that all the parts, including the threaded shaft (4) are molded from synthetic resin (Siche description page 4, lines 14-15), so that due to the very gernigen cost price the whole, and this after the emptying of the first content may be discarded. This results in a relation to the cited documents, are wobeidiese repeatedly replenished, a aüsserst hygienic and economical at the same time by a multiple toothbrush. Another feature can be seen in the fact that the handle (2) is square, with a web (2 ') which allows to be able to better handle the output of the toothpaste.
The adjacent, new claims filed replace the original.
