FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a laser etched socket embodying the design of the present invention, whereby the size indicia is defined by etching away a surface layer surrounding the size indicia so that the size indicia is distinguishable from the surrounding etched area;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the laser etched socket illustrated in FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the laser etched socket illustrated in FIG. 1;
