No. 29/848,681 filed on Aug. 4, 2002, as the present application by the same inventor Damita Howard, which is not admitted to be prior art with respect to the present invention by its mention in the cross-reference section.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an undergarment for concealed firearms showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front view thereof showing the undergarment for concealed firearms in use while being worn;

FIG. 9 is a front view showing an exemplary use with an exemplary firearm positioned at a side of the undergarment within a flap of the undergarment; and,

FIG. 10 is a front view showing an exemplary use with an exemplary firearm positioned at a front of the undergarment within a flap of the undergarment, whereby firearms can be positioned all around the waistband of the undergarment in any orientation within the flap.

The broken lines included in the Figures illustrate environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 8-10 forming the torso, gun, and legs depict environment that form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines shown in the FIGS. 1-10 depict stitching that form no part of the claimed design. The undergarment for concealed firearms is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
