The broken lines shown in the figures represent portions of the illuminated post cap and post that form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot lines shown in FIG. 6 indicate illumination emanating outwardly from the front, rear and sides of the illuminated post cap. The dash-dot-dot lines shown in FIG. 6 indicate illumination emanating downwardly from the bottom of the illuminated post cap.

1. The ornamental design for an illuminated post cap having a dual lighting effect, as shown and described.
