FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a sound amplifying apparatus with adjustable headband for enhancing the hearing of a user, showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror thereof;
FIG. 4 is a rear elevational thereof;
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

  1. The ornamental design for a sound amplifying apparatus with adjustable headband for enhancing the hearing of a user, as shown and described.
