My cover panel is characterized by opposing front and rear edges and opposing left and right side edges, with the left and right side edges being substantially parallel to one another and each forming a substantially right angle to the rear edge, and the front and rear edges being substantially non-parallel to one another and the front edge forming an oblique angle with each of the side edges, one of the oblique angles being an obtuse angle and the other oblique angle being an acute angle.

I claim the ornamental design for a food carton cover panel.
