FIG. 1 is a frontal upper perspective view of a first embodiment of a portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit of an automobile showing my new design in which the automobile-engaging portion is solid and provided with substantially flat lateral surfaces;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image of the left side;

1. The ornamental design for a portable support handle for aiding entry into and exit out of an automobile, as shown and described.
