Specification forming part of Design No. 5,075, dated July 4, 1871.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that 1, JAMES A. LAWSON, of Troy, in the county of Rensselaer, and in the State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Design for Heating-Furnace; and do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawing making apart of this specification.
Although applicable generally to the entire furnace, as shown in the drawing, my invention applies more especially to the upper portion of the same, in which the side pipes used for connecting the combustion-chamber and upper annular flue are separated from each other by air- Witnesses G130.
