The indicir on the heel portion in FIG. 4 is presented in broken lines and is for illustrative purposes and does not form any portion of the present invention.
The circular and oval shapes shown in broken lines in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 define the boundaries of the claimed design. Neither the broken lines nor the areas within them, form any part of the claim.
