DESIGN FOR A BASE-BALL SCORER.
Application filed December 29, 1911.
To all whom 'it may concern:
Be it known that I, MAX L. KAUFMANN, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Base-Ball Scorers, of which the following is a specification.
Reference is had to the accompanying drawings in which Figure 1 is a View of one side of the scorer embodying the new design; Fig. 2 is a View of the other side thereof; and Fig. 3 is an edge View of the same.
The design comprises a top and bottom surface resembling generally in shape and appearance a manufactured smokers product such as a cigar. The curved projections a are visible when the article is seen resting Specification for Design.

The complete design comprises a scorer of pleasing form and ornamental appearance.

The ornamental design for a base ball scorer as shown and described.
