SPECIFICATION forming part Of Design NO. 34,782, dated July 16, 1901.
Application filed April 20, 1901. Serial No. 56,798. Term of patent 7 years.
5 York, State of New York, have invented and produced a certain new and useful Design for a Bottle-Filling Nozzle, fully described and represented in the following specification and the accompanying drawings, forming a part of the same.
The present design consists of a shape for a bottle-filling nozzle such as is connected with a draft-arm for the supply-pipe upon a bottle-filling apparatus.
In the drawings, Figure l is a side view of the nozzle, and Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section of the same.
The nozzle is formed with tube at, having at its upper end the conical enlargement or boss 20 b, and above the boss the coupling f, knurled upon the outer side. The tube a is closed at the bottom end 0 and provided with lateral perforations cl, and the boss b has its small end connected with the said tube. The coupling f is formed internally with a screwthread, as shown in Fig. 2, and a central bore e extends from the interior of the coupling to the perforations d.
