FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a second embodiment with the bottom view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The crosshatch shading shown in all views is understood to repeat throughout the indicated area. The broken lines in FIGS. 6 and 8 represent conventional stitching.

1. The ornamental design for a foot restraint for tanning, as shown and described.
