DESIGN FOR A HANGER FOR WAGON-WHEELS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,138, dated February 26, 1901.

Be it known that I, LABS A. ERIOKSON, a citizen of the United States, residing at West Pullman, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Hangers forVVagon- Wheels, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a bottom plan view of a hanger, showing my new design. Fig. 2 is a side view thereof, and Fig. 3 is an end view.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of a cross-piece A, having a smooth upper surface and a rib a on its lower surface. At each end of the cross-piece A is a portion 13, which is formed with a longitudinal opening I), and has its ends rounded and provided with openings 12, circular in shape. Extending downwardly from each of the portions B are two portions 0 and O, which are substantially triangular in form and have substantially triangular openings 0. Each of the portions O and C is formed in its lower end with an opening 0 circular in shape. Extending from the lower ends of the. parts C and united to the rib a of the cross-piece A is an arched rib D, th rough the middle of which is an opening d, circular in shape.
