DESIGN FOR A BADGE.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,978, dated January 29, 1901.

To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HENRY W. HARVEY, a citizen of the United States, residing at Providence, in the county of Providence and State of Rhode Island, haveinvented and produced a new andv original Design for a Badge, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accom pauyingdrawings, forming part thereof.
Figure lis a plan view of a badge, showing my design; and Fig. 2 is a sectional View of the same.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of an annular border surrounding a central open space, over Which a centrally-disposed figure resembling a bee is supported by bars resembling legs extending radiallyfrom the central body to the annular border.
As shown in Fig. 1, the annular border is divided by radial lines into three sections. The central body is provided with extensions resembling wings and bars extending from the central body to the annular border, the Whole falling within the circular outline of the annular border.
As shown in Fig. 2, the central body extends from one face of the annular border. The central space inolosed by the annular border is open and gives relief to the central raised body.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a badge as herein shown and described.
