FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.
The fabric pattern fragmentarily shown in FIGS. 1-6, is understood to extend throughout the entire surface of the pillow.

- The ornamental design for a pillow for use with dental headgear, as shown and described.
