FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the entire buckle;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the top plate of the buckle, the bottom being identical;
FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the entire buckle;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and
FIG. 6 is an end view of the buckle, both ends being the same.
