Application tiled March 20, 1899. Serial No. 709,85? Term of patent 7 years.
lle it known that I, FRANK HUIHLL'INH, a citizen of. the United States, residing at Muncie, county of Delaware, and State of Indiana, have invented and prod need a new and original Design for Bottles, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, and wherein like letters of reference indicate corresponding parts in the several views, and in whieh- Figure 1 is a rear elevation of a bottle, showing my new design. Fig. 2 is a front elevation. Fig. 3 is a side elevation; and Fig. 4 is a section on the line 4 1-, Fig. 1.
As shown in the drawings, the leading or material feature of my design consists of a bottle having the rounded front face A and the rounded or curved side faces I The rear face 0 of the bottle is flat in a vertical plane and is connected to the side faces by the beveled edge portions D. These beveled edge portions extend from the bottom vertically up to the shoulder of the bottle, where the bevel is curved, as shown at E, extending entirely across the rear face in a curve parallel to the curve of the shoulder of the bottle to the bevel on the opposite edge, as
plainly shown in l ig. 1. The shoulder 11 of the bottle formed in a graceful sloping curve. The point of connectionbetween the shoulder and body of the bottle is rounded into a curve parallel with the curve E in the bevel portion. On the front face of the bottle is formed a bead G, which is a'eontinuation of the edge line of the bottle. This head is curved substantially the same as the curve of the shoulder and is provided with an up- .wardly-extending point ll, located on the ver- FRANK SOIIILLING.
