FIG. 2 is a fragmentary rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof with the hook omitted for ease of illustration;
FIG. 4 is an enlarged, fragmentary front perspective view of the area surrounding the point of attachment of the support hook; and
FIG. 5 is a fragmentary right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being substantially a mirror image.
